The parking is enclosed, but they charge $16 a day which seems excessive. There’s no where else to park and why charge??? The room was fine, the breakfast was a hot breakfast. The desk clerk was very nice.

Checked in at 11:30 pm after a long day of traveling, flying and driving. Extremely tired crawled into bed and there was a dirty pair of socks between the sheets at the bottom of the bed!!! I was disgusted to think the cleaning staff is to the point of being so lazy this day and age that they can’t even change sheets on beds anymore, just remake the dirty sheets for new guests.

Room was shabby. People above us had children jumping and running around until after midnight. Room faced parking lot. Very loud!!! Trash truck was picking up trash at 10pm. I thought it was thunder but it was the big commercial bins banging against trash trucks. Young man at desk was very understanding about my request to have a new room. WTH accommodating. All the staff was very pleasant. I can’t prove anything but the first night we stayed, I was very uncomfortable. Besides not sleeping I felt itchy. Woke up with bite on back of my leg and groin area. They looked like flea/spider bites. I definitely complained and of course the main reason for room change. I can’t be 100% sure I was bitten in room as my grandson had no bites and it is the season for biting insects but it was disturbing to not feel I was in a clean room.

The check in was awful. They called me as I was flying out to demand the first night Payment of 268. We stayed for four nights, it cost more than staying at the Sheraton. They will charge you for parking even if you don’t have a vehicle. And I got sick because of the mold in the bathroom. No room service, cleaning or new towels. Breakfast was subpar… not impressed and will not be back .

The rooms and breakfast were good. The only complaint I have is the parking. The spots are extremely small and compact. Other than that it was a good stay

We needed a place to stay after a late flight. I wouldn't stay here again but it was ok if you needed something close to the airport.

We stayed here for Comicon. It was easy walking to the Old Town trolly station and access to amazing restaurants. Convenient underground parking, generous breakfast buffet and comfortable quiet rooms. Would suggest for any visit to San Diego.

The AC unit had a horrible smell and was extremely loud, there’s no room service, and the parking garage is so small and hard to navigate. The staff was awesome, just very old and small rooms. Not bad to crash for a night, but it’s certainly not very nice. Lots of bugs and dirt in our shower as well.
