Very clean room. Restaurant was not open. Staff shortage. Inconvenient. It was evening when we checked in. We walked across the street to Craven , a restaurant in another hotel to eat. Small parking area for us to park.

Air conditioner leaking and the entire floor by the window was drenched. Made the whole room smell of moisture and everything just felt wet. Tv did not work and was ring anyway. Very small breakfast area, hardly any parking. Great location but the hotel needs some work.

The hallways and stair wells had a very bad odor. It was difficult to walk in those areas. The room itself did not have an odor. Very small parking lot but right on the river and that was beautiful.

We arrived at the hotel about 5 hours later than expected to a horrible storm all the way from Fargo to Sioux Falls. Check in was fine, except there was no parking available in the hotel parking lot. I was directed to a 'remote' parking lot behind the regular one. It turned out to be very close but the directions to it were very confusing...or we were exhausted. The room was very nice and very comfortable. It overlooked the front parking lot and the street but it was very quiet in spite of that. The only problem with the room was a stuck bathroom door. It couldn't be latched but it did close. It was a loud noise when opening. The frontdesk said they'd get it fixed. The breakfast was great with the best waffles ever.

Hotel has an excellent location and parking. Beautiful surrounds next to the river and sculptures and walk ways. Hotel staffing were beyond accommodating! Breakfast was very good with hot food items like eggs, bacon and sausage. Rooms were well sized and very clean. Felt very safe even while strolling in the evening. Pool was quaint but adequate. There is just so much to see outside and do outside. We are traveling as a group of 9 with 5 being under 15 years old. All enjoyed the hotel and area.

Front desk was not friendly, could not explain where additional parking was and the parking lot was small. Train horns were loud and repeated four times from 5:30 AM to 6:45 am. The breakfast staff was friendly and nice. Hallways and elevator were dirty and carpets needed to be vacuumed. Not ideal.

When we arrived, there was no parking available. The outside of the building looks like it could be renewed. I was not notified that my reservation had been modified. It was noisy after 10 pm with children runing around.
