hotel was very nice. it was very close to the airport and upon arrival a large plane flew in and was quite loud. We thought this would be a problem during the night but we did not have any problems with sleeping or noise during the night. Nice clean facility .

Beautiful view of the golf course. It is also located at the end of the airport runway so can be quite loud.

The front desk staff were friendly. We were very happy with the room - spacious and clean. Very convenient if you’re wanting to be close to the Denny Sanford Center. The noise from the airport nearby was minimal.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in, and we travel a lot. New and has a restaurant on site. Will be my top choice if I have to stay in Sioux Falls again.

We booked the room for kenny Chesney concert because it looked right next to event center. Not so close when you must walk it! Fairly long walk when you are 70 . NO shuttle to the event either!! If attending event there the Radisson is literally next door and you should stay there. Also man in room above us was pacing back and forth with very heavy feet at 430pm and again at 12.30 AM. Very irritating but not motels fault.

The biggest frustration was arriving at the airport and not only was the hotel shuttle not there to pick us up (as we had previously requested both at the initial booking over 2 weeks ago AND by phone the day before), the hotel also did not answer their phone (the number we were told to call if/when we needed to be picked up). We eventually took a taxi and rather than apologizing upon arrival, we were told bc our flight arrived late, we were on our own to get to the hotel. Terrible customer service when the hotel was specifically requested (AND had confirmed) that they would pick us up.
