Hotel is nice. The parking garage within the hotel is not operational. You have to park across the street in a city owned garage, $10 p/ 24 hrs. The area is not ideal. The room was great though.

The hotel is new and very clean. What I didn't like was that the parking lot is under renovation.
so it wasn't working.

No cold water, only hot water & scalding hot water.
Bathroom door was missing door handle, bare wood cutout exposed with no cover.
Single bottle of water for 2 people.
$20 parking when the garage next door is free.
Gotta love the +$500 asking price for a gameday and the bar is not open at 11 for a 1:30 game.

The property was nice and everything clean however customer service was terrible. We booked a King bed however were told they only had queens available, the parking price had increased from what was listed on their website, and although we also paid extra for breakfast she couldn't find it in the system although ultimately she "comped" it for us. Super snotty during this whole process as well.

Ridiculously low availability of parking and impossible to park with enough room to open doors because of how narrow spots were. Room smelled like smoking. Smelly, unsafe, dirty surroundings. No silent hours observed. For the quality of the location, the room was ridiculously overpriced.

Did not feel safe in parking garage, sketchy people hanging out.
Bar was closed on Monday at 5pm but should have been open at 4pm.
Checked out early and guy at desk took 20 minutes to figure out how to get me a receipt

Passing through and staying for one night, was told on check in that they were over-sold and only had a queen instead of the king we paid for. Juliette was very nice and comped us for our disappointment. Other problem was we have an oversized truck and couldn't fit in their secure parking. Juliette told us to park in their "bus parking" area on the street but reiterated they could not guarantee safety. We went out to the truck and contemplated going to a different hotel, gathered our luggage after parking on the street and entered the hotel. Upon entering, Esmeralda, the supervisor, called us by name and explained that a king room (an upgrade of the king I purchased) became available and she was giving it to us. I tried to give back the drinks and breakfast previously comped and both Juliette and her said "no" keep those. When I additionally expressed our reservation about the safety of our vehicle parking, Esmeralda asked if we'd be more comfortable if it was parked out front in the loading zone directly in front of the hotel. We said yes and that is where we parked in full view of the front desk all night. We were astounded at the level of service, above and beyond normal. We highly recommend this hotel. Oh and the accommodations were perfect. Bed was perfect. Aloft should be proud to have such employees as Esmeralda and Juliette.

My stay was very good. The only things I dilsliked was no brochure in room to know what the hotel offered ( No room service menu, no telling what floor pool on and hour's.).
And it would have been nice to know you have to pay $15.00 a day for parking. On the website it just said on site parking. Loved the atmosphere, just wish there was more shared information at check in or in the room,
