Absolute crooks. Called to inform hotel we’d be late due to flight issues we have call log to prove call and duration. They declared us no show even with proof and cancelled room and refused refund or amendment to reservation. Management and front desk staff horrible to deal with.

Positives - The continental breakfast had some warm options. Location was near highway. Lots of parking available. Negatives - There was mildew or mold coming through the caulking in the shower. Had to request bedding for the couch-bed. Only two towels were supplied in the room, we had four people staying. The pool is chipping away on the bottom leaving sharp debris. Also the sides could use a cleaning.

We literally, had to put towels on the carpet to walk, the floor looked like a carpeted bar floor. The beds were rock hard. The staff however were friendly and accommodating. This is a corporate/management issue , and no relection on the staff. Unfortunately, traveling from our of state, one can't get a good opinion. That's why reviews are so important.

It was a ok stay I’m glad it was only me and not with a significant other which may not approve. It was Stinson door and walkway into the room the show had shaving cream on the tub for the previous occupants. The lights in the parking lot were out in the front and side buildings making it hard to see coming to the front door. Piss poor at best for that. Lights that didn’t work cause they needed bulbs in the smoke detector removed from housing. Thanks

Great location for ND game the shuttle service was nice surprise. Fair price decent accommodations helpful staff, safe area near campus. Some minor issues temperamental elevator, remotes not working, leaking faucet, missing iron and nonfunctional rom safe. Minor for busy weekend would stay again.

We stayed here for two nights for a Notre Dame game and this hotel is in a ok spot but not really walkable. It’s an older hotel and my review might be skewed due to the fact that we paid over $900 for the two nights due to it being a game weekend. This is a nice hotel with very friendly hardworking staff and if I had paid $200 for my two nights, it would have been a great review. It’s older and the carpet had a musty smell. Breakfast was very nice with hot items not usually found in the free breakfast. Free parking but because it’s 3 miles from the stadium, we did have to pay to park in the St. Mary university lot. If I went back for another game, I’d try to stay closer but with the limited hotel choices, this is still a solid choice. All in all… a good stay and a great weekend.

Location is accessible to airport and shopping. My only complain is that the facilities are old and not maintained well. The lobby is stuck in the 80’s (or even older, maybe), and not so welcoming. Also, rooms are quite dated, carpets dingy, the TV in our room is (if I’m not mistaken) still in the early 2000’s. The pool was not maintained (at least, around the time when we checked in), it was not clean. Night and day difference with even the other hotel (Homewood Suites) just across the street.

Hotel is nice but by no means exceptional. Quiet, safe and great customer service. There is something wrong with every room I’ve stayed in as a travel nurse but it’s not to bad to keep coming back. Great bang for your buck. Breakfast is decent (as long as you get there early.). Close to Notre Dame half hour from lakeshore.

Not upfront about their rules and policies with age requirements for checking in. Turned away my 19 year old son with a prepaid and approved online payment during a snow storm. They refused to allow him to check in due to age. Their age requirements are not listed anywhere on their website or during the online checkout process when they ask for guest information. This creates tremendous inconvenience and potential road travel hazards and danger during late night travel. So very upsetting!
