There were dirty towels and someone’s fake eyelashes on the tub. Hair in one of the beds. Slept with my clothes/shoes on as there was something sticky on the floor near be bed. Covered the pillow with one of my shirts. I was barely there 6hrs to catch a very early flight or I would have left.

Good location. Good condition. Friendly service. But comparatively higher price to other hotels in the South Bend area. Needed easy, safe parking for a truck and trailer - and could not get this kind of parking at cheaper downtown hotels.

It is great to have a nice place by the airport in a "small" town like South Bend. The staff is very good and they do an outstanding job with the shuttle!

I’ve stayed here often when traveling and needing early access to the airport. Always great staff. The dresser in the unit needed replaced as the drawers wouldn’t stay shut. In the middle of the night that can be dangerous.

The hotel is good. Clean and safe. Staff was a little hard to deal with when it was time to pick me up from the airport. It worked out, just a little too much after flying all day.
The hotel was clean and safe, the breakfast was the worst I have had. I eat MREs eggs for 30 years and the breakfast at the hotel was the worst. The breakfast had choices, but only the bagel saved me.

Closest hotel to the airport, so super convenient. Despite being close to the airport I found it to be very quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was welcoming and helpful.
