Hilton St. Louis Airport

Parking is a nightmare. The touch screens didn't work, and we c ould not get a ticket needed to exit. The front desk staff kept directing us to use touch screens that were down. Took over an hour to exit the parking lot.

Good location, near airport and car rental returns. Large clean room. A bit conjusted outside the front entrance to find a parking spot during check-in.

Disgusting. Rooms were filthy. Hallways were humid and hot. Staff was unhelpful with the parking lot gate not opening with key card.

Where do I start, due to flight change or Breyer talking to someone on the phone horrible customer services, a different stories from each person . When I get there I don’t get what I paid d for because they are sold out. Don’t understand that because I already paid. Then I get to my room the bathroom is nasty, mold in tub , toilet not clean and plaster coming down in the ceiling. I go back down I can’t get a different room because they are full . No one comes up to clean they don’t even offer. So I sleep in all my cloths until the next day. Then I’m the one who ask them to call me when a room is ready not them. Cleanliness must not be at the top of their list. The room was better but still not what I paid for. Then I was told when you go through a 3rd party the Hotels basically gives you what’s left. My first and last time going through a 3 party. Had to pay for parking, they also had construction going on and guess where my room was at. The noise between 9am- 4 you can forget getting some sleep

Hotel staff was very helpful when explaining how I could park our car there while flying out instead of parking at the airport. This was very convenient because airport shuttle is provided to and from the airport and runs every 30 min.

Easy Park and Fly- shuttle service drivers were exceptional, waiters at restaurant/bar were very good. Rooms were nice with cozy comfortable beds.

Did not care for the parking lot arrangement. The sign said $15 a day inside we were told it was $16

The shuttle service was very late. Front desk dodnt answer when i called untill 20th ring on 3rd call try. There was no bath gel or shqmpoo in shower. Only one wash cloth for 2 people. Breakfast was adequate
