Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel

My stay was okay. There is nothing near this hotel that’s in walking distance. You really have to uber/lyft anywhere you want to go. Only plus is directly across the street from the airport. The room itself was nice and comfy.

It's very close to the airport. The shuttle service was quick. Very nice bar and dining area inside the hotel. Staff was friendly. Id definitely stay there again.

Clean, beautiful property. Ease of using the shuttle and tram was very convenient. Did not realize breakfast bar was only provided on weekdays. Check in was quick, staff was short and not real friendly. Bar staff the next morning however was greeting folks as we walked by with a big smile and a “good morning”.

Had to wait in line entry time that i went to front desk, as it is never staffdd properly.2 . On top of paying for room there was a 20 parking fee, to stay at your hotel a day. So unbelievably ridiculous.3. One ply toilet paper. 4. No microwave on the room there is one by ice machine. 4. No breakfast available However, you could buy a sixteen dollar cold buffet. Would not stay or recommend your hotel.

Nice place to stay, Charges a premium for food, drinks, and parking (did not expect the parking charge). Felt safe but over priced for the stay. Would rather stay at the Drury.

I booked through a 3rd party with the renaissance hotel and it was a horrible experience. I booked a king bed room with free wifi, free on site parking, and breakfast included. Upon arriving there was a problem with which nights and days where booked. I had to pay for parking, the breakfast was not included, and the wifi was not free. I spoke with 2 service desk workers and a manager on why everything was different from what was said online and they all said it was an ongoing problem that they are aware of and a lot of complaints where made about it. They also stated that nothing at the hotel was complementary and there was nothing they could do. They were not willing to accommodate for anything knowing this was a problem. This is a hotel that gets a lot of traveling families who visit St. Louis and this would be a horrible situation to be in if I was from out of town and under the impression this hotel has all these complementary amenities and then get there and they dont. I called the front desk for a noise disturbance and nothing was done about it. I called for new towels and I had to call 2 more times for towels and it was still 30mins after the 3rd call that they brought the towels up. This is not an establishment I would be revisiting again.

Didn't like limited parking spots. Having to pay for parking on top of paying to stay. The room had kind of a sewer smell. No free breakfast. The pools were way to small for the size of hotel. Beds were uncomfortable. I liked being close to highway and airport.

this was great hotel and has shuttle for easy access to airport and also close to car rental returns

I don’t like it and I don’t like how they treat us. They charge us for parking. They charge us for breakfast. They charge us for everything and when we need some medicine, they charge us for the medicine too. We stayed two days two nights nobody clean our room. They didn’t bring no towels or hand soup or napkin nothing

I did not like the fact that the entire weekend we was there we was not offered towels no one bothered to see if we needed any we had to go to front desk no one bothered to pick up trash, housekeeping was in the room over from us for hours. i was told parking was included in my stay but still got charged for parking. there was pee on the toilet seat and the floor. other than that my daughter enjoyed herself.
