St. Louis Airport Hotel

This place advertises a free airport shuttle and complimentary breakfast but offers neither. When I asked the front desk workers about this, they simply replied "We don't offer that anymore." There was no apology or offer for reimbursement. Don't stay here!

I chose this place specifically because they had the cheapest per day parking and 24 hour in demand shuttle which is what's advertised. The woman at the front desk was friendly enough when she told us that a shuttle would be able to meet us in the lobby at 4 am to take us to the airport. When we got down to the lobby there was nobody there to shuttle us and we were told by a different worker they dont do shuttles that early and they have to call an uber. But they couldnt order us an uber until the people in front of us got picked up. That would have been nice to know beforehand. On top of that the room we were in had the AC unit on 80 but it was freezing in there. There was water IN the outlet. The wall was soft and there was mold in the room. And water around where the fire alarm was on the wall. Seems safe. Also the lights to both our rooms turned on and off throughout the night waking us up. Overall not great but the staff was nice despite the communication issues.

Convenient place to stay in STL, price was good, location was good. Clean and friendly staff. It was loud with the airport being close by you could hear them, but that was the only noise. Parking could be better not great but its free.

Nice, modern hotel with good breakfast, friendly staff and airport shuttle. Also right next to enterprise car rental.

It was nice to stay, good location, airport pick up and drop off service, metrobus stop is only one min away, few fast food restraunt around. Nice staff, okay breakfast, comfortable bed

Good for flying out of STL.

Area is so sketchy, you have a sign in the parking lot that says you park at your own risk! And they aren’t responsible for anything stolen! Breakfast is super limited cant find anything other than muffins ! Heard someone at the middle of the night drunk tried to open the room door by mistake maybe. No refrigerator no microwave in the room , shampoo bottle was empty.

I had a long layover overnight on my way home to the PNW and booked this hotel because it was affordable, close to the airport, and looked nice in the photos. The receptionists were very warm and welcoming upon arrival (one was in training) and the room looked just like the photos. During my stay it was nice and quiet, I slept well, and the pillows were nice compared most places I’ve stayed ( in fact I slept through my alarms and missed my flight in the am!) Overall I had a good stay.

Good location near airport. Lots of restaurants/cafes nearby...found one with a jukebox... introduced young staff to Queen's Bohemian Raphsody
