Great option right near the airport. Free airport shuttle. Could be a little cleaner, but the staff was exceptional.

The air in our room did not work correctly. A maintenance worker came up and pointed a digital reader at the vent and said it was working fine. It was so hot in our room that we could not sleep or rest at all which was the purpose of the room as we were flying out of St. Louis at 5 a.m. When we called the front seat again to complain they sent up a box fan, $200+ per night for this room and it was the most miserable hotel stay I’ve ever had. Do not recommend at all.

Marriot is always the best place to stay near the St. Louis airport. Shuttle drivers are excellent. Safe for a woman traveling by herself.

The hotel was super nice and very convenient to St. Louis airport. We did have a loud party going on in the room next door until the after 2:00 a.m. Couldn't gent an answer at the front desk for over an hour but finally got through and security came up. Shuttle to airport was great.

Property was fabulous, Front desk customer service at 4:30 am horrible! Shame because we chose it first of all because it’s 3 minutes from the airport and secondly because it was Marriott! . The overnight staff needs retraining and if you rent out a room that holds 4 people you should at least have enough coffee in there for2!!! And your front desk customer service agent is ill mannered and rude. Refused to help in anyway.

It looks rundown. The lighting is not the best and parking was very difficult to find. I had to park in the back far away from the front door.

On a business trip I asked for a room and told none available I stepped to the side and was easily able to book one of SEVERAL rooms available! Went back to the desk to be told I was not receiving the room I booked. Charged the same price along with an ADDITIONAL fee for incidentals. No room service. Safe broken. Had to carry my valuables on my person. The staff seemed uninterested at best. I travel weekly all around the USA …. will never recommend or return to this hotel.
