Bought some oreos downstairs in the lobby area, for a bedtime snack. The night clerk working the desk, Brian I believe, was SO nice and asked if we'd like some milk to go with it. He went into the breakfast area and got us a cup of milk. The next morning when we headed out to get to the airport he was still at the desk and he was just as friendly. Great hospitality!!!

Hotel staff provided excellent customer service. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast options were great. One of my colleagues used the airport shuttle and it was super convenient. We went to several different areas around the city and nothing took more than 15 minutes to get to from this location. My only complaint is the tv remote...it took time for stations to load, the remote hat to be in the exact location to work. But i find most hotel tv systems annoying, so this doesn't impact my rating.

Noise from the airport was pretty loud. The rooms could've used an update for sure. I stayed here because of the convenience of the airport but would have preferred a little newer hotel. I was only here for a few hours so no big deal.

Check in quick & easy, needed airport transportation the next day, no problem to add that. Breakfast staff were not friendly. Food was good. Will stay here again. Very convenient to airport

Our stay was comfortable and easy. The front desk associates were amazing! They helped us navigate the complimentary shuttle and parking. I can’t compliment the service enough!

The rooms where very nice. The staff was great. The breakfast was also top notch. Only problem i had was a few times saw people hanging around the parking area. They where looking in windows etc.

Stay was great! Had a room on the 4th floor that looked over the airport, my 2 year old had a blast watching the planes come and go! All the staff was great!
