This was the worst experience we have ever experienced. From the moment we entered the parking lot to the 7 minutes it took us to hurry and leave the property. We asked for a refund of our money and the guy at the front desk never mad eye contact and said you’ll need to call a manger tomorrow. They have a sign in the lobby offering 10% off of your stay if you have them a 5 star review prior to your stay! The entire place should be condemned.

I had a great a great experience at this hotel. Yolanda at the font desk was so helpful in everything that I needed. The hotel is safe and clean, very quiet and lot of parking space. Would definitely come back

This hotel was extremely convenient from the St. Louis airport. I was booked to stay for multiple weeks and Janelle the manager was very helpful. Debra , Vicki , and Yolanda at the front desk helped with recommendations for restaurants and stores nearby.

This property had prostitutes and thugs drinking in the parking lot. Roaches in the room. Deplorable conditions. I checked in and never went back. I wanted to cancel or checkout. Spoke with hotel twice and KB told me I could not. I will never say a nice word about Expedia. I even got protection and still can not get any help.

I had booked a room on Expedia for the weekend, as I had for the previous three weekends (for work). Last week, I noted in my review that the room had not been cleaned very well, but otherwise gave the facility good marks. When I arrived this Friday, I was told that 'the system was down', so I could not be checked in. I asked if I could pay cash and was told 'no'. After making me wait for an hour and checking in other guests ahead of me, I was assigned the exact same room I had on my last trip; in several years of traveling, I've never had that happen. When I finally was able to check in, I saw that the room had been cleaned, but it was patently obvious that the staff had decided to punish me for the review. I won't darken their door again.

The staff was friendly and accommodating in a great location from the airport (an 8-minute drive). The door to my room did not close normally - it required some haggling every time. The building is dated and could use some upgrading; strong smells of smoke.

First off the parking is not close There Police in the parking lot. Then it was little roaches and there trying to get in my bags.

Booked on short notice. Staff was friendly and check in was a breeze, but that covers the only good points. Getting to the hotel was difficult due to road constuction and layout (not the hotels fault). Parking was limited. The building was not in good repair for its age. Our "non-smoking" room reeked of both cigarette and marijuana smoke, and the tub had several cigarette (or possibly joint) burns. The floor in our room was sticky, i do not know if was the finish on the flooring wearing off or just needing to be mopped. A local police officer sat in a cruiser in the parking lot the entirety of both nights of our stay (I did not know wether or not to find this comforting. Other guests left trash in the hallways every time we walked to and from the room. Would not return to this hotel again.

The permanent residents looked at us like we were invading their space from the moment we checked in! The bathroom looked like no one had even attempted to clean it since whoever was there last. The freezer still had food in it from who knows when. There was a cop sitting in the parking lot. Seemingly just waiting to be needed. Overall the cleanliness and lack of feeling safe made us check out 30 minutes after checking in. We were charged the entire stay but we still paid it to just get out of there
