I was pleasantly surprised with our stay. We stayed here for move in weekend at FSU. So many people told me this is not a good area and they have never heard of this hotel. Which it's new so I understand, but I was also a female adult traveling with two female teens so I almost cancelled several times. What I found instead was a very comfortable distance from the University, a gorgeous and clean hotel with the friendliest staff. We were greeted by someone every time we walkd through the lobby. The breakfast was great for us- Waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, and the best Smores cereal I have to find out what it was. The rooms were chic, we loved all the art work. Beds were great. I actually even enjoyed the bathroom products brand they were using. We've already booked another stay.

Overall, staff was extremely nice and helpful with clean rooms. Recap below:
Pros: Convenient location, clean room, great service from staff, free parking, excellent daily rate (cost is an excellent value for what you get). I believe there were daily free options with food in the morning and evening (I was too busy moving my daughter in to partake but great option).
Cons: No elevator so you will need to lug furniture upstairs if room is on 2nd floor. I stayed for three days and don't believe there is daily room cleaning offered but you can request extra towels as needed. There is no iron in the rooms (assuming you can ask front desk if needed). I found the rooms to be a little humid (the air conditioning worked well but still felt rooms to be a little on the humid side). The decor is very basic but only needed a simple, clean option so worked well for me. Note this is NOT a 4 star hotel (a basic 3 star) but a great clean, safe, value option for the price.
Overall, a great option for the price.

I had a fantastic time at BOB Hotels Tallahassee! This newly renovated property exceeded my expectations in every way. The lobby, complete with a cozy café and delicious pizza, was a delightful surprise and the perfect spot to unwind. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, featuring great beds and showers with strong water pressure. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone visiting Tallahassee. The combination of modern amenities, excellent service, and a prime location near Interstate 10 makes it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers.

Bed linens and towels were dirty and stained. We slept in our travel clothes to avoid touching anything.

The room itself looked nice when you see pictures online. When I got into my room after traveling with a one year old I didn’t feel like packing back up and figured I’d just let it go because it’s one night. I killed two decent size roaches that were climbing up the wall, the shower was filthy, there were left over peanut shells all on the floor, then to top it off when I was packing up to leave I notices a decent amount of mold above the mirror in the bathroom. If you’re looking for a clean place to stay definitely don’t stop here.

Smelled a little like cigarette smoke, even though I had a non-smoking room. Continental breakfast is very basic, coffee only in the rooms. But still, an affordable stay at a no frills place. Clean and great location, right next to I10 and a straight shot to the airport.

It was conveniently located off of I-10. Easy to get back onto I-10 if needed. Lots of dining, stores located close by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable especially since there was no additional charge for parking, wifi or continental breakfast. The shower water pressure was great. We had a room with 2 queen beds it was a little tight, not too much room to walk around, but it worked fine for us since we only using the room to sleep in. The only negative would be the pillows they had. They gave you 2 for each bed but they were small and did not have much filling in them so it felt like you were sleeping without pillows. I would be willing to stay here again.

My experience at BOB Hotel in Tallahassee was great all around. First the budget price caught my attention. Next all the positive reviews were persuasive. My feedback is completely positive as well. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the king bedroom was very clean and well appointed. The room is on the smaller side but you have everything you need for a cozy, relaxing stay. The water in the shower was hot and water pressure was strong. The breakfast was great. Everyone loves the waffle maker. They also had coffee, tea, yogurt, packaged boiled eggs, bagels and instant oatmeal. Personally I do not like packaged boiled eggs as they are not fresh but everything else was great. There is ample parking and BOB is close to major highways, restaurants and shopping. I loved my stay so much that I already made another reservation. I highly recommend BOB for anyone looking for a nice, clean hotel that provides a good breakfast and all at a budget price.

This Sleep Inn is very nice and quiet, it is for us older folks. We not only stay there but when we travel we always look for Sleep Inn. Great value for the rate.
