The property is nestled within a beautiful mangrove preserve. There are so many animals and birds to see as you travel along the winding boardwalk surrounding the property. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the tranquil pool area, which revitalized not only ourselves, but our live and commitment to one another. Being in this lovely property brings out an inner feeling of self discovery and willingness to strive harder in life. The hotel is clean, smells amazing, and is adorned in beautiful vistas of the airport and bay, which juxtaposes itself in a way that feels natural and beautiful. All in all, we had a great time watching the storms roll in in the vening, and viewing the majestic sunrise in the morning, while nestled in the most comfortable king size bed and fluffy down comforter!

The room was clean but the ice machine area was full of takeout food trash for the weekend I stayed. A bit surprising to watch it just stack up. Bring bug spray for the walking trail, which is not sold at the gift shop. No shuttle service offered to or from airport which is surprising given the location near the airport. Pool by oystercatchers was lackluster with the chairs and tables dirty and sun worn. Room was comfortable and the soaps offered in the shower had a refreshing scent. Highly recommend oystercatchers for brunch. The breakfast buffet at $29 is over priced for their options.

Breakfast buffet was outstanding, so many choices. The bartenders were very friendly, but not overbearing. Valet parking made great suggestions for dinner in the area. The entire staff were welcoming. A step above. The only drawback I thought I saw it listed as beach front.

Amazing experience from the very beginning, from valet service, to check-in check-out process, to the excellent customer service. This hotel has numerous amenities, restaurants and amazing sunsets. As a frequent travelers, this is now our new favorite place to stay!

Enjoyed a beautiful corner suite for a long weekend. View of the Bay is breathtaking. The room was in good order and well maintained throughout the weekend. Great water pressure. Quick elevators. The property grounds are gorgeous. We saw lots of wildlife including a spontaneous private dolphin show from the end of the dock near Oystercatchers. Borrowed a “beach kit” for a day out on the coast which was very convenient and included in the resort fee. A room on the Bay side of the hotel is a must unless you want to see/hear the airport.

I stayed in a casita and it was absolutely lovely. They are not part of the main hotel and down the street. There is a nature trail and beautiful landscaping with a small waterfall and koi fish pond. Parking was right outside and I did not have to deal with all the activity in the hotel. Quiet aside from the airplanes but then again, you are near the airport. I definately would stay again.

Really hard to find especially at night. The parking was a giant pain in the ass because I had to figure out office and guest parking differences at night. Some of the signage was missing. The valet was staring at his phone at his podium. I would've used that had I known there was a podium. There was one concierge and she allowed the person to consume all of her time. She allowed some guy who walked up to interrupt and waste more of my time waiting. Find a better place to stay. Trust me. This place is expensive and not worth it.

The staff was very courteous, professional, and customer oriented. Since this hotel is in close proximity to the airport, there are not much options for dining near the hotel.
