Great stay! The staff were all nice and very helpful. Room was very clean. We stayed on the weekend so we got to try breakfast and enjoyed it. It was close to the cruise port (which is what we needed) and the airport. It was also within driving distance to several other areas. Parking was good too. I guess the outside isn’t great because it is kind of in an industrial type area but who cares? You’re not there to chill outside.

I arrived early in the morning, and because of the sold-out status, they had no rooms available for check-in early. The front desk, Stephany (I hope I spelled it correctly). She went beyond her duties to make me feel comfortable and worked with the late-arriving cleaning crew to get my room clean and ready. The new hotel has a decent, balanced breakfast and shuttle service on time no need to spend money from or to the Airport !

I love the location, close to the airport and shopping - two major malls literally less than 5 minutes drive away. There are also a few restaurants in walking distance to the hotel. Parking is pretty easy and the area is also clean and quiet, other than the airplanes flying over which in my opinion is no bother (didn't hear them whilst in the room), the kids love to look at them. Overall a great place with wonderful staff.

The hotel was great. All staff was very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The location is great and super close to the airport. They do offer a shuttle service to airport which is nice. The room was so clean and maintained.

The staff members were very friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful. I also appreciated that the location was very close to Tampa international airport. This will be my go-to hotel when I visit Tampa.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bar was open until 10pm for food which was great as we arrived quite late. The airport shuttle was free, convenient and very reliable. A great experience all round and most definitly recommended.
