Hurricane coming through so I understand waiting for a clean room for a few hours. However, being rude is unacceptable. So much of the staff were downright rude, short and not helpful. I understand being busy is stressful but being in customer service you can’t have a bad attitude. Much respect for the cleaners who turned the rooms so efficiently. My room was very clean considering it is an old building. I was able to get a decent night sleep. The breakfast was not ready, someone said the person that sets it up didn’t show up. I would hope others would be trained better in this situation. Finally, I was impressed by the shuttle driver to the airport. He was very kind and considerate.

We had an awful night here. Uncomfortable, run-down, and poorly maintained. There is very little noise dampening so we heard everything from unruly neighbors next to us. The front desk could do very little to quiet them down. We had a second reservation which we immediately canceled after our first night.
That said, our shuttle experience from the airport was smooth, as was check-in. Staff were friendly.

This property should be taken off your list.
There's peeling paint on furniture, rusty lamps, water stain on ceiling in bathroom, peeling floors.
The whole hotel smells musky.
I booked this hotel for 2 reasons====1 Shuttle to airport, which was the only pleasant thing. 2 I needed a Restuarant, there was none, even though it was listed as such. The front desk person was very inhospitable.The hotel was bare. If it's kept it should be about $40.

Not abad property for 1 night stay. It's dated but the A/C works and the beds are good and sheets are towels are clean. The location is good for the airport. Lots of restaurants around.

Property is located next to adult entertainment. Did not feel safe. Extremely noisy all night. One point that was appreciated was transportation to airport and free parking. However I worried about my car. Was fine upon return.
