We arrived around 2am due to several flight delays. With only needing a place to stay for the night, this place seemed ok enough. Upon checking in the lady up front mentioned how her stomach hurt and she did not feel well. This is not something you want to hear at the start of your vacation. Our room had a musty smell, but I tried to ignore it to get my family ready for some sleep. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa which was badly stained. So my son slept on the couch instead with one of the blankets from one of the beds. When we woke in the morning my son pointed out a bug on the floor crawling around. It ended up being a roach. I can handle stains and musty smells. I draw the line at bugs. We checked out around 9:30am, so we were only there for around 7 and a half hours. My advice, spend a little more and stay someplace else, even if just for the night.

It served its purpose. Affordable and convient to resteraunts and the airport.

I wish I would have read the reviews on this place before I booked. Everything you read is true. The rooms were disgusting. Not clean and infested with roaches. There are unsavory characters all over the parking lot, lobby and in the halls. I immediately requested a refund and left.

The lobby was dirty. A cockroach greeted us upon arrival in our room.Unfortunately,due to flight delays, we arrived at 2 AM, so no where to go at the late hour. The towels were grey instead of white. The front desk personnel was cheery and nice.

Room was spacious although shower floor was not fully clean before I stayed. Staff was mostly helpful but some should smile a bit more. The worst part was the people above that were horrendously loud and heavy footed late into the night and after midnight!! It was not very peaceful. Pet friendly but people seem to not pick up after their dogs! It is a convenient location but you will hear planes overhead as the airport is nearby.

Close proximity to airport and dining options. However, property is very dated. The hallways smelled of marijuana, the lighting was dim, the beds hard as concrete, no water pressure for shower or sink, and the noise from other guests continued throughout the night making it difficult to impossible to sleep. I do not recommend and will not stay here again.

Staff friendly and welcoming even though our arrival was after midnight. Desk staff apologetic that “hotel decided recently to discontinue airport shuttle service”. Grab and Go breakfast was very unappetizing and paltry, ie, no milk for coffee,only one package of instant oatmeal left, only food left was muffins. This hotel was not a good value for the cost.

It is not a safe place for families with children. The hotel is dirty and has a strong smell of marijuana. From the moment you enter you realize that people use the hotel for housing, prostitution and drugs. The hotel is next to an adult entertainment club. We paid for a room with two queen beds and they gave us a room with a full bed and they indicated they could not make the change because they were full. The room was poorly cleaned and we noticed that there was an open prophylactic under the bed. We went to customer service to report the situation and request cleaning and they told us they were short staffed. They did not have to provide sheets or additional pillows. At night you can hear the dog barking in the rooms, a lot of movement in the hallways with people coming and going and excessive noises. We spent the night because there were no more hotels available and we went to the airport in the early morning to spend the remaining hours since it was a safer place.
