It's a budget hotel, don't expect anything amazing, but the rooms were fine for their price. The breakfast consists of microwaveable oatmeal packets and NutriGrain bars, which is serviceable enough, but don't expect a true breakfast offering. They also don't offer a hotel shuttle, despite branding themselves as a hotel airport.
It's not the worst place I've stayed, but with so many options in the immediate area id probably stay somewhere else if I'm back in Tampa.

I booked this stay in a hurry after our flight was cancelled late in the day. This was my mistake for not reading other reviews because it lived up to them. The property is older and not in the best neighborhood. When we arrived there were loiterers outside smoking in front of the entrance. Check in was easy enough and that was the only interaction we had with the staff. We were unable to find anyone to check out with or ask for more linens. The room itself was disgusting. Every surface had stains, the flooring was peeling up, the room smelled awful, several lights did not work, and the beds were old and hard. Overall this is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I would definitely not recommend.

Need updates,the room smells like urinate the bed sheet was like not changing , I got bedbugs stings the only thing was good price compared with the another, we got our flight canceled that night so we had to spend 1 night for the next day .

Reception was efficient and friendly; room was very clean, though smelled a bit musty. There was no signage on the parking lot, only an address number and "Lobby" on the building- the only "Extended Stay America" sign we saw was an 8"X10" on the front door. We weren't sure we were in the right place until we saw that.

The staff made this stay enjoyable; above and beyond. On the negative side, the refrigerator was noisy making it difficult to sleep as well as some loud neighbors. That said, this is the perfect location if you need to be close to the airport! Less than 2 miles away made a 'red eye bearable!

Third time at this location. Always clean all around and very safe. Close to airport, stadium and many restaurants. Best rating goes to the staff, really helpful, professional and friendly.
