I loved the shuttle service..needed to go to a store within a 2 mile radius and they gave me a ride there & back.. I missed not having a microwave or free breakfast included.

It will do for one night if you need to catch an early morning flight. However, rooms were dirty and could definitely use a remodel and deep cleaning.

When I checked into the hotel, I walked into the room and immediately noticed it was hot and smelt like sewage. I looked at the temperature and it was 78° and was set at 65°, I felt the AC vent and there was hot air blowing out. I went downstairs and spoke to the clerk, and he advised there was nothing he could do, and could provide 1 fan. He also advised since this was booked through Expedia, there would be no compensation given. The hotel room reminded at 78° all night, we eventually left after a few hours as it was miserable. The hotel staff was less than helpful. I am looking for full compensation for this stay, as I would have been better off sleeping in the parking lot.

I chose this hotel because it's close to the airport and free shuttle service is offered. Check-in went just fine with Adita! Room is very pretty and comfortable. There was a lot of noice.....a shrill sound coming from my bathroom in room 408 ...not sure what that was plus a lot of room doors close loudly! I did have lunch in the on site restaurant. My burger and fries was tasty and it was nice to sit in a comfy booth and just relax. It would be nice to have a TV remote that has a menu button to see what's on. The Crabtree products in the bathroom are a nice elevated touch!

Great place to stay close to TPA. The bed was comfy and the room was super quiet. Parking is easy and the airport shuttle very convenient and leaves every 30 minutes from the hotel.

This is my second time staying at this property for work travel. I enjoyed my stay both times. The bathrooms are a little outdated but overall staff friendliness & property cleanliness was above average. I will likely stay again!
