We reserved a room with the intention of getting ready before our event. The check-in time was advertised as 4:00. We ended up going to our event at 5:05 and the room was still not ready. The gentleman at the front desk could not get in touch with housekeeping to get an estimate as to when it would be ready, so we ended up taking all our stuff with us, and leaving it in the car. The hotel is undergoing renovations and is understaffed. There is limited parking. The shower was leaking all night long. The hotel is clean and located close to the stadium.

There really isn't an "open area". Of course, it served its purpose as a place close to the airport, but I certainly wouldn't ever use it for a family vacation property. Also, the cleaning staff never arrived until late, late in the afternoon of the second day and I was napping. Why bother being that late?

This is my second time staying at a residence inn and i love it its like staying in a little apartment. Whatever we needed they came right away less than 5 minutes wait time. Close to the airport and restaurants and stores to walk around during down time. Breakfast is good too. I will definitely come back.

Very short stay. Checked in after 9pm and left around 5am. Flight out of St. Pete was cancelled and we were forced to stay an extra night, unplanned. Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. Would have given all 5-stars except there is no shuttle to the airport in the morning. Had to Uber and add to an already expensive extra day. Maybe that's the norm in Tampa (first visit) but it's the first time that we've had hotels that close to major airports not offer shuttle service.

I did online check on when they sent. And we arrived late but sofa bed was not set up. I called Lobby for help, he called me to lobby and he have bedding staffed ( blanket sheet and pillow 1 only.And OI work to do my bedding. I think they don’t have enough staff to work, why??? They don’t have transportation from airport and cruise port. Breakfast was good and the staff was wonderful who work inthe kitchen I see in my account they charge extra $ 30 more from my credit card

The curtains don’t block the light, and the room had a parking lot light shining directly into my room. I had to sleep looking away from the window, not terribly convenient. There was 1/3 roll of toilet paper folded over with no backup. That could have been a problem. Not sure what the policy is but I would expect some backup toilet paper.

This Hotel has a Three Star rating. Easily 2 star at best. Hall ways, rooms, kitchen area are filthy. Staff not friendly. Nickle and dime especially for parking.
