24 hour shuttle service to airport and surrounding areas (within 3 mile radius) was convenient and appreciated. Property was close to airport which was helpful. Only drawback to the property was it was under construction, which I was not aware of when I booked. Staff was knowledgeable and super helpful.

We have stayed before for the convenience of the shuttle to the airport and keeping our car parked there. Unfortunately there was alot of construction happening. Understandable but there should have been some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. We would stay again for the convenience of the shuttle service.

Right from the transfer to the hotel the staff were very nice and helpful. Although there was some renovation work going on it didn't interfere with our stay. Breakfast in the morning was also much better than expected, lot's of choice and very tasty 😋. Room was clean, and bed was comfy. Would definitely stay again.

We call the Hotel three different times the day we were to arrive and were not told we were not going to have a room we arrived at the airport on time the shuttle picked us up and brought us to the hotel when we arrived the front desk told us they didn’t have a room for us and she texted her manager who never responded she never gave us any options or help so at 11 30 at night we were calling all over looking for a room it was a disaster some needs to do better than that won’t book with you again

Hot water pipe had busted and no one contacted us prior to our arrival to possibly make new arrangements. The hot water was finally turned back on in the evening, but nothing was done about the inconvenience of 100 loud fans running overnight down the hallway and all over the hotel. The fans were so loud that people walking in the hall were shouting just to hear each other. The floor in my room was not vacuumed and there were drywall pieces all over the carpet. I had to move the nightstands and chairs back as they were in the middle of the room and the room was not ready for guests. After an extremely long flight I didn’t have the energy to find another hotel and this was a mistake on my part as I didn’t get any sleep anyway from the noise.
