Great location right on the beach with easy drive to Traverse City. Close to casino and hotel offers a shuttle to it which is really convenient. Rooms were very clean and beds so comfortable. Price was good too especially for the location. 1st floor room with a balcony right on the beach with ducks visiting Lol Very Fun! Will definitely return.

Stayed just one night to drop someone off at airport early in the morning. Very welcoming front desk staff, room super clean, beds extremely comfortable. A view of the water that can't be beat either.

This place was everything I was hoping for. Beautiful location, amazing beach front, simple clean rooms, easy parking, even breakfast delivered to our door. I don't like paying for extras I don't use, so the value for experience was perfection.

Room service was for breakfast. Very clean. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were amazing. They even had a desk chair that had working hydraulics! That is a big plus for the business traveler. I told my customer to recommend this place to all sales reps that call on her.

Nice beach with chairs and towels provided. Friendly staff. Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Very basic box with continental breakfast provided and coffee off the lobby. Only downside was bad smells in the hall. Otherwise it was good. Expensive but I guess that goes with traveling in high tourist season

Showers did not have any safety features, such as floor grips or side bars. When I brought the concerns to the evening manager, I was waves off and told I could buy my own items for use. To pay $250/night and get worse service than the local Hampton was kinda sad. Not to mention, rooms had no area to sit for meals with a family, they were cramped, and the complimentary “continental breakfast” was a half-assed delivered joke. A box with one main item, an orange, and barely real juice boxes is not worth the price. I don’t recommend if you are a family looking to stay here. A young couple or solo business traveler would likely enjoy this experience more. I will give them props for keeping things clean around the hotel and beach and a sizable parking lot.

It is just okay. Plenty of chairs on the beach with towels available for use. Hotel is pretty, and the room was spacious. Several staff members at the front desk are not very friendly, and not very knowledgeable about the hotel or the surrounding area. Shower absolutely sucked! The curtain rubs against you because it is so narrow you can hardly move. Also, the water does not stay warm very long. The AC rattles, and its fan was so loud. Breakfast was a joke. There's not much to do in the immediate area, but Front St (shopping/dining/Cherry Republic), Torch Lake (clear water/shopping in Alden City), and the Casino are all a short drive away. Don't plan to walk anywhere because its not that kind of vacation area. Its located on a very busy US Rt, so even navigating out of the parking lot is difficult. But, if you want to stay on the beach, then you have to suck it up. Trust me, you want to stay on the beach. The beaches are private to each hotel, so if you're not staying in one, you'll have to drive to the very very busy public access beach up the road.

I liked the property. It was clean and convenient to the airport. It was centrally located and close to good dining options I was disappointed that I arrived 2 hrs before check in and although I understand the room was not ready, the front desk staff was not friendly, or apologetic. Additionally there were guests above our room on the 4 th floor that were very very noisy when walking back and forth at all hours. Sounded like they were running and jumping

The property is nice and well-maintained. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast could've been better. Room was overpriced for having a view of the parking lot.

We had a mini king with a beach view of Lake Michigan. Property was clean, friendly, with plenty of parking.
