Hilton Garden Inn Tucson Airport

Very convenient for airport and parking also option to eat at hotel but also close to other places. Transportation and very clean

Very bad taste of the place, We stayed here 6/28 we were traveling to Mexico, so we stopped to rest, we had a básquet on the back of the car, when we arrived we asked the guy at reception if if was safe to leave there or if we would take everything off, the guys told us it was safe and that they do rounds around the parking lot every hour and he had us park our car almost right in front of the entrance, we went to our room to rest since we planned on getting on the road at 3:30 am when we came out the steps and net and waterproof bag we had in the básquet was all cut open and a lot of our items were taken out and on the floor, I went back inside to tell the 2 guys that were there they just gave me the managers card and said they are not responsable, I espléndido what the other guy told us and said that if they would have told me that I would have unloaded everything.

Nice and close to the airport with transport available. My only complaint is that breakfast is not free. It is the only hotel I've stayed at that doesn't offer at least a complimentary limited breakfast.

Only stayed one night as we were driving cross country and this was our last stop before getting back to california. Easy to find, easy parking, we checked in pretty late so didn't get to see much around the area until the next morning (though we left early). The room was nice and big as well as the bathroom. Everything was clean and bed was super comfortable. My only complaint was the sink water, which was coming out milky from the bathroom sink. I called the front desk about this and they said it was a normal Tuscon thing? That because it's hard water and Tuscon water isn't very good it comes out like that. Not sure how accurate that it but that was really the only complaint. Hotel is slightly older could use some slight renovations but other than the water thing it was a comfortable stay.

Convenient, not too far from airport or downtown Tucson.

We loved this hotel! The staff was incredible! Very friendly, helpful, accommodating. The room was clean, the pool was awesome, and there was no problem with noise at all. We’ve stayed at quite a few of the hotels by the airport and this is by far our favorite. We’ll stay again for sure!

I was grateful for the prompt service on checking in and the great parking lot! If we had one complaint, the hallway was real warm, we did not complain about it though.

Clean and convenient being next close to the airport.

The outside appearance was great. The rooms were dark and depressing, not like other Hilton properties I have stayed at. The lights were very dim, and the wall color being dark, made it feel like you were in a cave. Not worth half the price they charge. I am a well seasoned traveler, not my first rodeo. This was no where near a Hilton standard.
