Great place, especially for an early flight

Close to airport

A well-appointed room, with excellent facilities for wheelchair users. Hotel is conveniently located near I10, but we heard no freeway noise and only occasional muffled sounds from the airport, which is also quite close. Limited food selection . Bar Is available, with limited hours. Good rates for size and quality of room

Good location near the airport. Spacious clean rooms,. Love the kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking. Cool outdoor seating area and fire pit.

Considering this is a Hilton name, we felt confident that we would have a comfortable stay. We arrived with 5 pieces of luggage plus additional items and waited for a “porter” to assist us. The clerk at the front desk casually observed us then ignored us. I had to walk in and ask for assistance. A manager (?) finally came out and showed us to our room. This room overlooked the backside of another structure and their dumpster and the room itself had an unpleasant odor. Further disappointment was that other than a complimentary breakfast buffet and bar food, the only other food available was a poor selection of snacks and frozen entrees at a price. I inquired about the shuttle to the airport and was told to check in the day before our departure, which I attempted to do. The clerk behind the desk informed me that I didn’t have to check in and all I had to do was check out and have them request one. When I inquired about a shuttle for a 4am pickup he said they didn’t have their own service and would have to call one and couldn’t guarantee the shuttle service!! He also couldn’t guarantee that assistance would be provided to help with our luggage. His demeanor told me he didn’t care if we missed our flight or not. We carted our own luggage. Piss poor service and we were very relieved to check out, but to find the morning clerk was actually pleasant and efficient. If you are traveling and expect to have a pleasant stay and any kind of efficiency, consider other options.
