Quality Inn Tucson Airport - East Valencia

It was hard st overnight for an early flight. The driver in the very early morning was great. I would definitely stay here again.

The word Quality has no association with this property. I would never stay at this hotel again. The lack of basic necessities is appalling. No microwave, no coffee maker, no drinking cups, no Kleenex in the room, The towels are skimpy to the point of being threadbare. Common areas were drab and shabby. The east side of the property is adjacent to a large noisy industrial facility seperated from the parking lot by a 10' tall fence with concertin wire on top. The parking area does not seem safe. .... and don't even asl me about the pile of we dirty linen on the hallway floor. Never again!

Older motel. But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very convenient location close to the airport.

I went there because friends were staying there to be near the airport. They upgraded their room but I was put in the area where they housed migrants. It was dirty in the hallways with trash left on the carpet all weekend. The towels were threadbare and the shower barely worked. The manager spoke very little English or pretended to not know what I meant when I asked for an upgrade. It was quiet and I survived but it was not my choice.

if it wasn't for all the friendly front desk staff i would rated this place a 0/5. the first room i checked into wasn't cleaned after the previous guests, trash left on bedside table and linens were stripped. they quickly let me check into a new room which was clean. AC worked well. the halls had white residue on carpets,? saw a pill capsule on the carpet for two days straight no one bothered to vacuum. day of check out i found a large roach bellied up in the hall, and someone had thrown up all over where you can wheel your luggage to three parking lot so i had to carry it over the sidewalk to avoid it. also there are young men that seems to reside there or something that kept watching out the windows and as a solo female traveler this made me super anxious and have me bad vibes. i couldn't wait to leave. like i said in the beginning, the staff was so friendly and helpful.. i almost feel bad leaving such a bad review but I've been to quality inn before but this was my worst stay I've experienced.

Long black hairs and what looked to be food in the bed. The lobby and room was overpowered with an extremely gross chemical smell. Used toilet paper on the bathroom floor. We left and the clerk gave us a full refund. Spend a little extra at the La Quinta by the airport.

The website said free shuttle service to the airport, once I got there they told me that it would be available next morning for when I checked out. When I went to the lobby they told me they did not have any shuttle service. I called and Uber and once I was leaving I saw the shuttle outside that had the Quality Inn logo and, I went back to the lobby and asked about it and the guy said that I would have to pay for the service. So either the guy at the lobby was lying or the information on the website is misleading. Either way, awful experience.

I’ve stayed here several times when passing Tucson over the past 15 years. I watched as a nice hotel gradually deteriorated. About 3 years ago, they stopped offering airport parking and free shuttle bus. Now the hotel is getting a facelift and is becoming nice again! There’s still no shuttle and the free breakfast is minimal, but it’s on the upswing!

I personally have never seen a hotel this bad. Initially room smells bad/dirty with some sort of deodorizer. Floor was dirty, cigarette burns on bathtub, sink and BEDSPREAD! Under mattress were dead bugs. Pillows smelled like B.O. Outside in filthy trash strewn parking lot, someone was pulled up to another car prying into it. We couldn’t stay. Went and got another hotel. Lost our money. Non refundable. I think that’s a Expedia thing. Definitely stay clear of this place. I read a couple reviews that basically rated it excellent. The rest were bad. No flipping way could anyone in their right mind rate this place excellent.

There is no shuttle service to and from the airport. Checking in they require $100 deposit although not completely clear when booking online. Run down rooms, chair in the swimming pool and unfriendly staff.
