Upon check in, the staff was unnecessarily unfriendly, I would say very rude, that made me feel I was checking in at a prison. When I asked about the shuttle service to the airport, which was advertised in the hotel web, the woman told me it was $20 per person, without given any information. I am very unsatisfied with this property.

Had to switch rooms, first one had a very loud exhaust fan for the building, second room had a bad AC which kept the room with high humidity and had a mold smell. Third room was fine. Neighborhood a bit sketchy, saw somewhat walking through the parking lot looking into parked cars.

Really enjoyed our two day stay. The property is lovingly maintained in and out with attention on the landscaping. Very clean. Easy parking and access. Nice people, nice pool, nice breakfast.

This is an old property in need of alot of TLC.. service was ok and rooms were clean..pool was very old and did not appear clean. there is alot of a activity in the parking lot and in the pool area, such as blasting car radios and “hanging out”. Not sure if these folks are residents on the property or guests at the hotel. Did not feel too safe in this hotel.

The rooms need to be updated. Sheets had small stains in it and the fitness center had an odor so much so I could not do a workout. The website and the email I received stated we could get the shuttle to the port of palm beach and this is a false statement. No shuttle to our destination. We specifically stayed at the hotel for the transportation. We did receive a shuttle ride from the sister hotel Hawthorn Suites to the hotel. Staff was friendly

The rooms are basically fine, no frills but clean. The grounds around the hotel are nice. The pool area and gardens are very nice. Hotel shuttles are usually complimentary if close enough to the airport. This BW charges $20 each way. A fee I wasn't expecting. The employees are apparently not trained on ADA service animal laws pertaining to what is required and not required. Another fee I wasn't expecting. I just felt very nickel and dimed at check in instead of a warm welcome.

Late check in our flight was over 2 hours wait due to severe weather in Atlanta! Everything was closed at the airport and by the time we found a ride to the hotel it was going on 3 am!! Check in staff was excellent, friendly, very accommodating! She deserves a raise l!!!

A well warn hotel. Clean but warn. We ended up with a parking lot view room. The hotel had a beautiful court yard and pool. Breakfast was very good. We ate outside in the court yard. Just driving through. Looked like a great pool. Staff was very friendly.
