DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel West Palm Beach Airport

I’ve stayed at other Double Tree hotels that were wonderful. This hotel was dated, not clean.. I checked in and the room was extremely hot. The front desk said they would change my room…I encountered a women that told me her room on the third floor was cold…when I returned to the desk the clerk said I could only have a room on the fifth floor where I was…she refused to move my floor..just because…?…Room was stuffy, smelt bad and obviously hadn’t been stocked by the maid…Unfortunately I wasn’t able to make my flight the following day as I became sick…called to book the rm another night and told the clerk I wasn’t feeling well.. She said the room was available though I had to come downstairs to show my cc…I said I gave you cc and I’d less then 12 hrs ago.. she became stern and insisted I get downstairs.. well..need I say more! Will never return

Very close to airport, staff are very friendly , cookies were warm and delicious, But room was with attached door to next room, I heard every word , and they stay awake until 2.30 morning! I didn’t have a goodnight sleep, because my flight was at 7am

For the price that we paid per night, it was perfect stay but it’s definitely not a 4 star hotel. It’s like a regular 3 star Hilton hotel. Location is perfect to airport, downtown and the beach. They have a shuttle van that could take you to airport and downtown if reserved a little ahead. Lyft was $8 each way to downtown, Uber was$10. Parking is $5 per night. Safe location right of I-95. Room was standing size with comfortable mattress and pillows. Bathroom was tiny. A/c worked fine. Pool was ok but no hot tub. Front desk girls were all nice and friendly. We stayed 3 nights and there was no housekeeping all 3 nights which was perfect for us. If we can get the same price per night, Will definitely come back when traveling to West Palm Beach.

No complaints at all about my stay at Doubletree. The staff were all courteous, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel and the rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was more than adequate. There were some exceptional staff, namely, one of the shuttle drivers. The only thing keeping me from a five star rating, the place is a little bit tired mostly the lobby and entry, but I would say that it’s definitely an older facility that has had some updates but some have been left behind . As a note, I returned for two more nights on my flight out of town was canceled.

Very close to the airport and clean. If you're looking to spend the night during a layover, this place is ideal with its airport shuttle. Quiet and secluded. With that said, there aren’t much for shopping or restaurants within comfortable walking distance. Uber and DoorDash are required if you want to get around or miss the restaurant opening hours.

The staff member who checked us in was a delight. She was very welcoming and made us feel special. She helped us get a ride to the beach and back. Later we had a van driver who was exceptional in his service, taking us to ‘The Square.’ The entertainment, shopping and food was excellent there. The airport driver was on time and knew right where to take us for the best check in experience. It was an all-around fantastic experience.

I wish I could give this place zero stars my wife has been a Hilton Honors member for over 10 years and this hotel is by far the worst Hilton we’ve ever stayed at, the host was rude and unprofessional. There was a weird smell in the hotel hallways, which were very humid and musty, the room was filthy , bathroom disgusting and more would never ever stay at this location again unless they tear it down and remodel. The stench in the room was messing with my wife’s asthma, and she was having breathing problems all night long. It was the roach hiding under the remote control that did it for me. The grey seat casings had a weird brown tint , not sure if it was color transfer or soiled. The bathroom disgusting , sink had burn marks. All the furniture in the whole room was old and looked like it needed to be thrown in the trash. This place is not worthy of the Hilton brand name , It was not a pleasant experience and thank goodness I always travel with my own throw blankets and pillows. when the sun came up in the morning and I open the blinds it just even more revealed how disgusting this room was with the stains on the walls. I could go on and on. I didnt even feel comfortable enough to shower so I took a garden tool style bath and ran up out of there. Do not stay here. If you’re looking to have a positive experience, this place is a dump.

They provide shuttle to and from the Airport and car rentals.
