Hilton Palm Beach Airport

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Restaurant downstairs was convenient. Your staff went above and beyond when I forgot my laptop in my room after I’d already got to the airport. Thanks to the front desk and your kind shuttle drivers.

Great place to stay to break up a long trip. Very close to airport. Great outside bar, pool, lake view.

Shockingly quiet for being next to the airport. Clean. Nice facility. Front desk staff a bit aloof. Starbucks staff too busy on his phone to wait on us and then wanted a tip for selling us a can of soda!

Convenience to the airport. Pool and bar area wears fun. Bathroom needed updating. Bed and linens were comfortable.

With taxes and fees the room cost close to $400 per night. The refrigerator did not work, probably because the freezer compartment was a solid block of ice. The bathroom floor was slightly sticky and grimy, and there was no night light. We called the desk to ask for the shuttle to pick us up at a rental car facility, and it took them 45 minutes to arrive. The driver told us he had just gotten the message to come get us minutes before--in other words, nobody bothered to ask him to get us when we first requested the pick up. Apparently, we had to call three times before they actually bothered to act on our request. All in all, this place is not worth what they are charging.

I loved this hotel. Beautiful property. It was very nice and the staff was wonderful. They have a restaurant in hotel that is very good. It is close to the airport with out being in the airport. Great if you have rented a car.

The airport shuttle was quick and the staff were great. The only downside (and it's not the hotel's fault), is that there are no other walkable restaurant options...

Property was well groomed, hotel was clean and quiet for being so close to the airport. Would definitely stay there again.

The property outside was pleasant but everything inside needs to be updated. The carpet, paint, bathrooms all were so old. The minute you step inside the door there is an overwhelming smell of febreeze type product. It’s so strong you can taste it. The room also smells the same. For the price we payed to stay the night I expected SO much more!! The rooms were so outdated and the hallways the paint is falling off the doorways. Front desk supervisor said they would text me when my room was ready, they never did. Also when you call for a shuttle they kept telling me to call back and make sure to get a time. It was confusing to talk to them about what time the shuttle would be back from the downtown. We had the breakfast buffet and there are not many gluten free options. overall I was extremely disappointed and will not return.
