I cannot say enough good things about the team members here, Rishard at the desk and Katherine who helped with breakfast were wonderful humans. Everyone else we encountered was quick with a hello as well. Comfortable, clean rooms. Super close to airport and freeways.

It was so clean and they had a shuttle which was very convenient. Both staff members I dealt with were so kind to me, I wish I remembered their names.

Great location, plenty of restaurants walking distance from the hotel. The rooms were laid out well. Staff was pleasant for the most part easy parking.

their shuttle was unmanned and no one picked me up. i had to rent a cab to travel 3/4 miles to the hotel

Lisa was amazing! From the minute our flight landed, we called for a shuttle pick up. She was there in under 5 minutes, escorted us into the hotel, checked us in and continued to provide excellent service showing us where to get food, drinks, anything we needed and making sure we had everything necessary. Definitely would stay here again!

Staff was absolutely delightful!! They picked us up at rental car return and next day to airport with smiles in faces. Good breakfast included with room.

a great and well maintained option next to the airport, from the front desk staff to the shuttle operator everyone was warm and friendly and courteous Room was clean and confortable

Hotel’s shuttle not running tonight die to unforeseen circumstances. Only after some complaining they said they would reimburse me for Uber. When I checked in and presented Uber receipt they said they would only pay about half of that. Just cheesy! Plus, i made a mistake when I originally booked and made reservation for the same day. I realized immediately and tried to cancel, or at least move the deposit to actual day of travel. I made reservation at 11:30PM, but they would let do that so paid for hotel twice. I’m a Hiltons Gold member and that is how they treated me. Further upon checkin i had to ask for a bottle of water. Just chhesy!!!!
