Hilton West Palm Beach

The only negative was parking and the cost of valet parking was ridiculous. Valet staff was exceptionally accommodating. 5 stars for them

The property is clean, the staff is very professional and the location is excellent, the valet parking staff is very attentive and professional.

It is not my first time visiting a Hilton, I am a Hilton Member. The front desk service was horrible. Kristine was the person who helped us. We did not receive any welcome, they did not give us guidance on how the hotel worked, nor what to do To use the elevators we had to use the card to access the room. They told us that valet parking was mandatory and that there was no self parking that we had to pay 45 dollars per night. When I tried to explain to her that the page does not show that, she told me I had to pay for it. I booked 2 rooms, I was with my family, I drove 4 hours to enjoy with my family and I did not feel truly satisfied. What I must admit is that on the Housekeeping side, Yaimi did a great job, taking care of the rooms. Very attentive, I give her a 10/10.

Beautiful hotel with a great pool and lovely staff. I love the extra amenities too - town and airport shuttle, $15 credit and free waters. No one does that anymore and it was greatly appreciated.

It was a nice property, beautiful pool and outdoor area. Warning to those planning to utilize the pool- there are a lot of kids running around the pool/ people using hotel “day passes”. Had a few dining options (on the pricey side). Convenient area shuttle that travels within a mile of the hotel. There’s a shopping mall with few stores and restaurants across the street. Pool attendants could have been a little friendlier. Not allowed to bring outside food or beverages. Overall it was a good and comfortable stay, would recommend to anyone visiting West Palm Beach. WPB in general is a little boring, but nice for a short stay!

Very comfortable hotel, lovely pool, grounds and facilities, close enough to everywhere. Check-in and parking could be more attentive. I guess the Marriott Autograph (The Ben), which I had also considered, is better located and I took the trouble to check it out. It was too much of a scene for me and I did not like the pool. I will definitely return to this Hilton.

Daily parking of $45 is ridiculous.

Hotel was beautiful and the pool was great. I wish they would have opened the pool bar by 11am but not a big deal. The hotel sits right at the corner of the intersection so tuning into the parking area can be a bit tricky. I arrived early and was told that I would be texted when room was ready which never happened.

Great location in WPB. Great service from the bell hops to the pool attendants and housekeeping. The rooms are updated and clean. The mattress was a little hard but the pillows were top notch. It’s an easy walk to shops restaurants and clubs on Clematis or take the complimentary shuttle. Just FYI, it’s a cashless hotel and the gratuities are already added to you food and beverage bills. We will definitely stay here again when back in town.

The room was clean and comfortable. The standout of the stay was the staff. The reception desk was friendly and helpful after a long day traveling and it made all the difference.The breakfast layout is also very convenient and relaxing. We needed a little help from security and they were great. This place is a keeper.
