It was excellent. Great hotel for pet owners. I had my Dalmation with me. No complaints. Loved the Spicy Watermelon Marg from the bar upstairs. Minor issues, beds are too soft for my liking. At the end, I will return. Also parking is a pain. Only baker as an option $45 a night.

For paying the amount that I paid, I would’ve stayed elsewhere with better quality linens etc as well as parking not being available at the property other than valet that costs around $44.00 per day..room cleaning would have been great earlier in the day, they never came when promised that evening. Anyways, this is the reason I prefer IHG hotels.

The hotel was clean, and it’s located in a great location in the heart of downtown Palm beach. The rooms are clean, great pool with a view over the city.
The parking situation is not convenient, you have to pay a daily fee to park or park nearly two blocks away for a small fee. Although the concierge was helpful and professional, I can’t say the same for the restaurant workers there. I was charged twice for the wrong amount by the restaurant in the lobby and the one in the rooftop by the pool.

We travelled to Canopy around a year ago and loved the whole experience. That’s why we decided to come back for a longer stay this year.
Pool and view were awesome, service not so much. Room service only stopped by once during our four days in Canopy - which is not the service I expect of a 4 star hotel. Fitness center was neat and clean, but bikes were not properly set up and therefore unready to use. Both of these minor points aside, check in was awful. A guy called “Seth” treated us with an attitude of Indifference and snootynes that I never ever experienced before in a hotel. Not only on check in, but over all the occasions we met during our stay.

the hotel is fine, however I bed sheet was dirty & we had to call to have it changed prior to going to bed. Also doing everything with the phone is a pain in the neck & does not always work, parking price is ridiculous, location if hotel is great.

We had a good stay. The only negative is that it was very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. We wanted to order some food at Banter and they would not answer the phone. We called the front desk and he transferred the call and they still did not answer.

Weekend trip with my daughter to experience the Brightline, Restoration Hardware restaurant & Kravis Center performance! It was all a delight! Upon arrival at 11am, the Canopy staff didn’t hesitate to accommodate us. The rooms & hotel are tastefully decorated & there are many places to shop & eat in walking distant however, they do provide complimentary shuttle!

Staff was super welcoming and we enjoyed our stay very much , also Thank you to Mike for all the recommendations and an excellent experience at Rooftop, Brandon was great as well. Bob the shuttle guy was awesome and made it super easy and convenient to dine in the square.
