This place is so dirty they only clean the rooms every 3 days they should say that in the ad so you can bring your cleaning supplies. The sheets had blood stains the walls had some brown stuff that could be poop ,the carpet had some wet spots I was afraid to walk barefoot in the room , The bagels and muffins were stale and so were the chips in the vending machines. The people working there were nice enough but not much for them to do. This is VERY low budget . Half a star maximum and there are drug addicts in the parking lot . They really should renovate the place.

From the onset, it was bad. Checking in, they asked for my credit card, no worries. They then asked for my email and also phone. I politely declined (I don't give that out). the guy told me I have to provide it, ir I cannot stay? I gave it, and went up to the room. Waiting on me were 11 emails from "Wyndham" advising me I joined a points club (Wyndham), etc....Add to that it is dirty, shower doesn't work, and the rod is bent in the shower, so even when you splash water from the tap it gets onto the floor. I called repeatedly to the desk upon check in, phone just rang...walked downstairs, two staff behind desk on their phones......phone just ringing away........and it was from me on the 4th floor.....I just went back to my room and hung up. Local party hotel and for transient workers. Still no reason for it to be unserviced, have a broken shower, and rude and disinterested staff. Also gonna report the demand for PII (Personal info) at the desk to the BBB. I would suggest going elsewhere, even sleeping in the car or airport. Even the AC in the room barely worked and would shut off for hours. Add to the insult, they charged my card TWICE hours apart for the deposit. What a mess. FOr some unknown reason, Orbitz keeps rejecting my review. So much for integrity...

Ok …If you stay at this place property is a little older..That being said the one reason I stayed there was price and a shuttle to the West Palm Beach Airport.. BUT beware there airport shuttle DOES NOT start until 10:30am ..You need to take an Uber ..Uber from hotel to airport is about 25.00 with tip …So probably will not be staying there again …

Advertised airport shuttle had limited daytime hours. Property was shabby, uncomfortable and noisy and area was unsafe to walk.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. The accessible bathroom worked welll for my husband. Staff was friendly and effective in their duties. The breakfast had good variety, and the room was comfortable. There was also a shuttle for the hotel and the port.

Nice staff. They should put on the ad the hours for airport shuttle. I got a room there because of the shuttle but it doesn’t run all hours. Had to pay for an Uber too! The design of the room was good except I prefer the sink in the bathroom!

Guest services agents gave repeated misinformation over the phone about shuttle availability. This created issues upon my departure to the cruise terminal, as I had fully anticipated having shuttle service as per the information I was given before checking in. Employees need to know truly what is going on, and when exactly the shuttle is available and when it isn’t.

I picked La Quinta Inn because my flight arrived at PBI at 11:15 pm, which was too late to pick up a rental car, so I took an Uber to the hotel. On its website, one of the amenities listed is "Free Airport Shuttle" which is what I wanted so I could return to the airport the following morning to pick up my rental car. Imagine my surprise when I went to the front desk the next morning to schedule a shuttle and was told that the shuttle doesn't operate on weekends (see photo). So I ended up having to pay for an Uber to take me back to the airport. Not a great way to start my day.
Besides the missing shuttle, the room was clean but it was worn out. In the entryway, the wood floor was extra scratched and looks like it hadn't been refinished since when Clinton was president. The same with the bathroom door which was missing varnish in quite a few places. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room were outstanding and provided a very high level of customer service
