After reading reviews on Google I was super worried about staying here but honestly I’m happy I did. Me and my family had a great time place was clean and staff was super friendly. Only thing I will say is that one of the days I was there a man randomly knocked on my door he apparently was looking for a relative and was knocking on every door so for safety reasons that was weird. Also one of the nights I stayed when me and my family came back from being out there was a really big group of people in the parking lot in the back and there were 2 women smoking cigarettes right in front of the doors we had to go through in order to get to our room. This was annoying because we had our 2 small kids with us. Other than those 2 things we had a really good time especially for the price !

I've seen this hotel on my numerous travels in the area and I finally was able to try it out. Everything was awesome. The pool opens later in the day from 2-10pm. There is a deep end so a lifeguard is always on duty. the breakfast was good and FREE. eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, yogurt, muffins, cereal. Served from 6:30-9;30 during week and 7-10 on weekends. The highlight for me is the lemon water. So refreshing and served all day in the lobby. The front desk personnel was so pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely stay again for another staycation.

Staff is wonderful very accommodating and informative. however the property needs to be upgraded and the surrounding area is not that nice but for a short hotel stay when flight gets delayed is perfect

The room was clean, ready and food was good. The pool was nice too. However the staff did not help. Ther staff was on their cell phone and no one was at the front desk during the day. The parking was also easy.

Clean property. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Safe. Nice decor. It would have been nice to have longer breakfast hours, but it was fine. Too many smokers in the back parking lot for me, but no one was bothersome or anything.

The front desk personnel should be trained better to have a much natural "human like" dialogue exchange with a customer. I have traveled 3.2 million air miles in my life so far, and I have stayed at 1,000 's hotels... Simply, understand, when a customer is in front of you, YOU are offering them an experience. We as customers, have choices!
