The low rating is strictly due to very loud club scene on the rooftop bar on Saturday evening. This continued until midnight, then after party noise From the parking lot. Very difficult to sleep with this noise level.

If there were more stars to give especially for service, they deserve it ALL! Especially Douglas! He was great! If people could encounter front desk super stars like him, no traveller would be unhappy ever!
All the staff were amazing! When I saw the hotel I thought it was a bit iffy but all the conveniences are there! Every little thing is thought of! Even sparkling water on tap to fill ur bottle! LOVE it! Our stay in nyc was amazing because of our choice of hotel

Very nice hotel with shuttle to LGA every hour. Rooms are modern with large TVs and modern bathrooms. My biggest complaint is that the AC is VERY loud and sounds like a strong wind whistling making it hard to sleep.

From the outside you'd probably write this place off, as its in a warehouse neighboorhood and is a bizzare building with a Korean karaoke bar and two chinese restaurants. Inside though, its nice, renovated and clean. Basically the hotel is LGA's unoffical answer to the TWA hotel, but swap out TWA with PanAm.
Staff is nice and reaponsive. Rooms are clean and modern. The only thing to note is the airport shuttle only runs once an hour at the top of the hour.
Not sure I'd spend a whole trip at this hotel, but for an overnight layover, it does more than the trick.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dominik is the best and totally accomodating! I was caught in the Delta cancelled flight glitch fiasco and had been in airport limbo for days. My mom booked for me last minute. Nice hotel, space is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great! Airport shuttle is convenient and hotel is about 15 minutes from Laguardia. Overall a great experience!

We needed a last minute place to stay after a flight cancellation. The front desk was very friendly and helped accommodate a pack n play. The hotel shares a multi-business building so there is a lot going on. The rooms have nice decor and are updated but some of it felt a bit "lipstick on a pig." The A/C was louder than anything I've ever heard and kept us up all night. The airport shuttle was very convenient.

Quick overnight at airport after cancelled flight. Really excellent experience for an affordable price! Shuttle to and from airport. Super friendly front desk. 3 restaurants in the building. Nice room design. Quiet. Good bed and the most wonderful surprise...Real Chinese buffet. Straight out of China. Huge selection absolutely fresh delicious and unexpected. I dislike American Chinese food. This was not that! Impressive. I'll be back!!

We loved the cool, authentic Chinese restaurants in the building and the proximity to the airport and it was very handy to have the parking available.

Rooms are of great size, modern and upscale finishes, lots of character beautiful design and pictures on walls, plus there are several restaurants close by and the shuttle to the airport a huge plus. Friendly staff everywhere a must check out the rooftop bar.
