This is my go to hotel for NYC stays. Near the 7 subway, and the bus to and from LaGuardia airport. Also near the public library and the post office.
Small rooms, but clean, and the coffee in tbe morning is good.

When i arrived in NYC i phoned hotel bout how to unload (no area in front) and parking. Staff person could not offer any help. We ended up parking in traffic with emergency flashers and went inside where another staff person told us of parking 1/2 block away for $24.95. Hotel and room was very clean. It was very noisy on our floor with lots of talking and doors closing. There was very lil insulation between us and outside door. Could hear everything. At 7am the loud noise started outside as there was construction going on across the street. As far as breakfast, very little offerings with mostly bread and signs hanging Do not Waste food.

This is my go to hotel for flying out of LaGuardia ! Good breakfast. Excellent transfer opportunities. Love the restaurants around. Good bed, thick towels.

Very clean -- especially bathroom. Also, large, thick towels are especially appreciated. Understated as to decor but everything works as it should. Off-street, fenced in parking right down the street from hotel is a plus.

Hotel itself was good. There is a parking lot that you can use for a fee but not part of hotel. It is a short walk. The two gentlemen who greeted me and my husband were not pleased to see us therefore we did not receive good customer service. I suppose they are used to Asian and white customers since there were virtually no black people in that area. I would not stay there again due to the feeling of not being wanted although hotel itself is very nice

Spent the night after a concert at Citi Field, close to the park, was able to walk both to & from easily, less than a mile, room was very clean and comfortable( mattress was extremely firm).Many restaurants in walking distance too. Parking was easy, lot across street was full so found 24 hr parking at renaissance hotel for a little bit more

Unfriendly staff. Tv didn’t work. No connection. Asked me to try to fix it. Said they called to have it fixed but no one came. Found out all other rooms had no issue. They could’ve moved us or credited some of the fee. Breakfast good. Close to stadium and airport.

There is NO PARKING. I chose this hotel at a higher rate, over another nearby because Expedia had parking listed as an amenity, but we ended up paying for parking a block away and walking to the hotel. Breakfast was lackluster with dairy left out unrefrigerated. This hotel was just okay. Would not book again.

This hotel is great. The beds were super comfortable. Used the parking across the street as recommended by other reviewers. Easy walk to Citi Field for a game.

Hotel’s location is 10 mins driving distance to LGA airport. Good to explore Flushing area which is filled with Chinese establishments. No parking is available at the hotel, though Hotels.com says it’s available, which is very misleading. Glad I called the hotel front desk to confirm this. Sheets were little torn, but apart from that no big complaints.
