It’s obvious why this place has 3 stars but there’s free parking in the city so a win is a win.

This was an excellent stay for the room price and included free parking. The room was very clean and comfortable but small, like many rooms in New York. The area around the hotel was a little sketchy. It was also odd to have stairs going down into the lobby. The elevator was restricted for wheelchair use.

Not at all what we expected. Poor lighting in the parking lot. Room door was open when we arrived, the room smelled nasty, carpet was dirty, it just felt dirty. Staff was not helpful in trying to help us find transportation to another hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointed with this hotel.

We arrived and were given a room that was dirty was never cleaned. The key to the room had to be updated daily as it had a time limit and after a certain time it would not open the room. the noise was loud from the cars in the parking lot. The room had no closet to put your clothes. We had to keep them in the suitcase. The staff was never at the front desk and people had to wait for service.

It said free parking but when we arrived, there is no parking slot. And when we asked to the front lady, she said 1st come 1st park. And also we can smell weeds at the lobby.
The bed sheets have a stain.
