Expedia never relayed to us that we were "re-routed" to another Marriott in the area. So after paying a large Uber cost to get to the hotel we booked, we walked in to find it was converted 6 months ago into an immigration shelter. We had to take another Uber to a different Marriott on the other side of the airport.

Springfield canceled my reservation and transferred my reservation to FairField Inn and the rate was higher than what was quoted.

The hotel was very conveniently located near LaGuardia airport and had a reliable shuttle service. The shuttle staff and front desk staff were wonderful. The only issue was the rooms have not been refreshed in many years had a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke (room 1) and a very strong smell of Chlorox (room 2).

This hotel is a decent option for a last minute close-to-airport hotel if amenities is not a hangup. Everything was okay, nothing was special, but the price was fine and we had to do something after a flight cancellation

A short walk from Citi field. And thats what we wanted. No problems at all. All the parking is valet and the guys were great.

Very convenient to airport. Used airport shuttle to drop off family member then returned to hotel to continue sleeping and then check out. Beds comfortable, shuttle o time and all staff very helpful and friendly. Place was clean. Definitely Would stay again.

Waited 35 minutes for an airport shuttle when the hotel
Is less than 5 miles from airport. I was told the step outside and the shuttle would
Be there in 10
Minutes. I wait 35
Minutes and the shuttle drivers says no one mentioned
To him that there was an airport pickup. Also, the rooms had light bulbs out, the bathroom floor needed moping and the overall experience was subpar. Definitely will not stay here again.

As far as our room, the bed itself was clean but the furniture looked dirty, as well as the carpeted floor. I would stay there again if the furniture and carpets were replaced. Our room however was very spacious being a suite. The valet parking was great, as well as the breakfast. All of Rosa's customers were happy, including us.

Proximity to airport good and shuttle dependable. Driver very nice. Check in person not very friendly. Rooms very nice but overall ambience not consistent with the price charged. A bar should not be listed under amenities.
