Located in a convenient place close to the airport. Raven did a great job getting us checked in quickly and the room was clean and very quiet. Food was ok, but a little pricey. Lots of close by diners and restaurants though. Overall I would come back and visit again.

I stay at this hotel whenever I travel to NYC for work. It’s clean, beautiful inside, the front desk service is great and the bar/restaurant is great as well. The airport shuttle is super convenient too.

This hotel is surprisingly good; great bar, breakfast, lunch. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient shuttle to airport. In short, much better than a Hampton of Holiday Inn by far

This was fine for the 10 hour layover, but it is clear that a corporate inspector hasn’t been there on a while. The grout was yellowed and moldy, the air conditioner was banged up, and the room smelled just kinda weird. They only provided one coffee pod for the double occupancy room. I’m sure we could have asked for more, but this was just a crash pad. If we had been planning on staying longer, I would have asked for a refund and found another place to stay.
The food in the bar was awful, and the service was worse.

The shuttle service to La Guardia is excellent and 5 minutes away. Not airport noisy at all

Great welcoming experience. Nice room & view. Shower fixture hard to understand. Had to call front desk to figure out (first time ever) the hotel restaurant was cozy and great service.
Convineint airport shuttle.
Will go back.

We had a pleasant stay. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the airport. The breakfast buffet was a really good deal as well. The amenities in the shower were appreciated.
