HOTEL INDIGO FLUSHING - LAGUARDIA

After being stuck at LaGuardia Airport with the residual effects from the computer glitch causing multiple cancellations and delays, this hotel was a welcoming safe haven. First we were shuttled to and from the airport, and upon arrival to the hotel we met the most pleasant, kind and courteous young man Lloyd at the check in desk. My husband and I only spent one night but we felt so comfortable. Thank you Lloyd. The restaurant and bar is under renovation but the young lady at breakfast did very well under the circumstances, much appreciated. The only drawback for us was the area, though safe and centrally located with restaurants within walking distance, only Asian restaurants/foods were on the menu. Next time we’ll will have to venture further out. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back.

Check in was little hectic due to the computer crash earlier in the day, parking was difficult with the linemen blocking the hotel entry but the staff was wonderful and accommodating upon check in.

Random valet parking fees. My deposit was deducted three times for 200 USD during my 4-day stay. I told the front desk that we parked our own car, but they still deducted 80 USD for 2 days of valet parking. The bathroom roof leaked, so I changed a room. It was a bad stay. But the floor staff was very good.

The room was comfortable, new, and clean. Having a valet parking option was a highlight. I didn't realize their bar/restaurant area would be closed for repairs; however, they did provide coffee and breakfast items for purchase on the ground floor, which was much appreciated. They also had items available for purchase by the front desk.

Great place for a business stay or for the airport. Very convenient and nice staff. Clean

Great access to Flushing China town with lots of interesting shopping and great food. The LGA airport shuttle was a great bonus because i was doing some business at the airport

The girl working the front desk was very nice, friendly and helpful. So was the morning shuttle driver. Room was clean. Lighting could have been better.

Overall great experience. Room was nice and valet parking was a huge plus.

Location was great for our Mets game and airport run in the morning. Rooms were clean beds were comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly, but parking attendant was rude and yelled and snapped when I requested my vehicle. My only issues were with the parking. Car was valet but when we called down for it we waited. Eventually we walked down the garage to get the car ourselves.

Customer service was not good I called for a shuttle and waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes the hotel is at most 15 minutes away. I never got a clear answer. Upon arrival in the afternoon I was told I could get breakfast in the morning, then when I ask to get breakfast in the morning they said it was not included in my booking. Really disappointed I pay $467.00 and service was bad.
