Very convenient for one night before flight out of Cairns. Noisy (train at the back) and dirty (used soap and shampoo tube left in shower). The place is very dated but as I said, cheap and nasty for quick stay before a flight out.

The room had terrible heavy smell of cigarettes- could not sleep at all. No windows to open and let fresh air in. Also the property says it offers free shuttle to the airport- it does NOT.

Room was a little dated was the first impression. But the bed was comfortable and room was tidy. Plenty of parking space. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We were there a week and the pool was never cleaned. There were leave at the bottom decomposing. Beds only had sheets no blankets and beds seemed to be found on hard rubbish. They offer hotel transfer but only if your lucky to have flights between 10am and 2 pm. Rooms were never made up and lucky we managed to have our towles replaced once after running into cleaner in staircase. We asked staff to check out 1 hour later but could not accommodate unless we paid. Property was cheep and with this level of customer service will only get cheeper.

The property is a good basic place to stay, close to the airport, but is pretty unkept on the outside and around the pool area. Pool was very clean, but dead weeds, sticks and leaves etc. were lying around. It was pretty clean, but very dated and old. Beds were comfortable though, and overall, you get a good nights sleep for what you pay for. Reasonable rates.

Bed was very comfortable, shower was great. Cheap nights accommodation.
Property was run down & dirty. Booked airport transfers 2 weeks before our stay, refused to take us to the airport when we were leaving so had to catch a cab.

Overall I felt dissatisfied, the photos advertising the hotel don’t quite match what I saw. A lot of road noise as it’s near a rail crossing. Staff were friendly but were hard to understand. Room overall needed a good clean but sheets and bed were good. Nice and close to the airport.

Was OK for the purpose - overnight only for early morning flight.
Pool looked clean.
Bed was OK.
No towels in room, ceiling fan hadn't been cleaned for years; access to room awkward, going down stairs at 4AM was dangerous due to poor lighting.
