Staff is very understanding and friendly. I was upgraded to an executive suite with a kitchen, because i stayed for three weeks for work. Very meticulous housekeeping service. Apart from a couple of days with noises from neighboring guests, it was generally very quiet. The only disadvantage is the absence of a lift. I struggled a little to move my luggage up and down the flights of stairs.

Family room was great! Our kids loved the bunk beds. Super helpful staff. Very clean. The pool is amazing and really is an Oasis in the city. Would 10/10 recommend to families travelling with younger kids.

Rooms were a bit small ... Lack of storage space but then we are travelling for 3 months so that makes it harder. Very clean. Very helpful at reception. Excellent pool ... It really is an oasis in the city!!!
