I usually stay here. It's central and convenient. Only downside is the parking.

No pan for cooking No microwave Bath very difficult to get out of. Paying for parking not mentioned in promotions

Hot water runs hot then cold. No room service. No U Tube no dignal on tele No secure parking. Never stay there again

I was feeling quite poorly when arrived, the desk clerk was lovely, I had temperature 🤒 she gave an extra blanket. The room I had had steps inside it and in the small area it was hard to keep balance, the fridge and shower bottom of steps bed and window tv at top of steps. Would be ok for young people. Everything about the building is tired and dark. The area was full of empty shops,and homeless people and nowhere for cheap meal ended up getting a salad in woolies which was 2 minutes walk.I felt a little unsafe. I don’t think I’d stay again. Taxi for airport at 5 am was very punctual, loved that.

Rooms have very bad smell hard to get hot water, parking is hard to find not ease y to find or signage

CBD. Across from the police station & the parking was behind the police station so I felt it was safe for my car knowing there has been a lot of car theft along Queensland & that’s one of the most important thing I was worried about is a safe parking for my car. Other than that it was a wonderful stay, places I needed to go was all walking distance.

This is a basic hotel in the middle of downtown. Woolworths is next door. There is no on site parking. The room was very clean but the furnishings were old but in good condition. The room was about 15-20 m2.

I stayed here for a week and the staff are all very friendly and polite, its in a good location not fare to most places. The room was clean and tidy only down points was the air conditioner wasn't working properly, wasn't really getting cold and could smell like nail polish through the air conditioner as well. The bathroom was clean loved the shower head only down point about the shower was the tiles was very slippery nearly fell a few times. $15 dollars a night for parking should be free and its a pain not having parking attached to the motel. Looking at photos on Google there is a pool but there isn't actually a pool there.

Probably could have done with a microwave to heat a frozen meal. As a single woman, didn't really like walking to and from carpark but with police station right there, safe enough. Paying for parking was a bit expensive..
