We were willing to overlook the lack of cleanliness after we checked in. We knew that the hotel was older but cleaning shouldn’t be sacrificed. Lots of mould in shower that hadn’t been cleaned, vacuuming that wasn’t fully complete ( there was debris under bed from previous guests) and light covers were filthy. Sadly the aircon was very noisy which didn’t enable a great nights sleep (which we all desperately needed after travelling). We would not agree that this hotel is anywhere near a 4 star.

Clean and easy parking

We loved the parking and location. Nice pool area also. We were very glad there was a spare single bed because there’s no way two of us could have slept in the bouncy castle that was the queen bed. Guys it’s time to update the mattresses, the tv’s (we couldn’t even read the remote buttons) and the shower screens are a disgrace. The room was dark because the only curtain we could open that would still allow privacy was screwed to the walk. Perhaps put up some sheer curtains so that the main drapes can be opened whilst retaining some privacy.

Helpful staff, easy parking, and restaurants walkable

Basic accommodation, but in a very convenient location. Perfect if you're just looking for a clean bed for the night. A bit short on parking spaces though.

The rooms looked nothing like they advertised on their website. Shower had missing doors. No security screens on windows, so anyone could break into the room at any time. Not enough parking spaces for paying customers - you are forced to park on the street if you’re lucky to get a park, otherwise you need to park at another property and walk back & fourth. I would not stay here again and I will make sure to spread the word of how terrible this hotel is. They also threatened to cancel my booking as they tried to charge my account a day before I arrived - without prompt or advising that they require payment before. I was notified that I did not have to pay until I was at the property and no payment details were collected. Staff were useless and rude. Nosiest establishment. I wish other reviews were as honest as mine, otherwise I would have avoided this nightmare.

Limited parking only, which is not what was advertised. Had to park a few streets away in the dark and deal with groups of drunks on the street and in the hotel. A lot of people living at the hotel and door was flimsy with poor locks.

Clean, comfortable, extra parking in non parking spots made it rather tight getting out early but it’s a very busy time

We came two years ago and vowed never to return. What changed our minds was that the rooms have been refurbished. Location is good, pool lovely but needs work on missing tiles. Car parking can be difficult if full but we were lucky and didn’t have problems. The operators have lifted their game and we would now come back again without hesitation.
