Property Vine - Holborn at Central

Overall ordinary accommodation. Walls covered in marks and stains, grubby showers, broken handles in bathrooms. Overall just very poorly maintained. Service is friendly and undercover parking is a bonus

Had a five day stay, apartment was okay but quite dated and really needs a good clean and a bit of TLC. We had issues with a leaking ceiling, in the lounge, from the hole where the missing ceiling fan should be (which talking to reception it’s clear that it won’t be fixed anytime soon). The air conditioning also constantly dripped water leaving puddles on the floor and was noisy in the bedrooms. Quite poorly equipped for self catering e.g only one knife (a bread knife) for food preparation and a random mix of odd mismatched cutlery. Property does have a nice roof top pool and secure underground parking but I would not stay again.

The property was surrounded by several dining venues that was very convenient when looking for options when hungry. Easy parking

Very convenient location. Ideal parking. Adequate room size. However the 3 bedroom apartment we had was extremely noisy it was like the walls and floors were made of cardboard. We knew when above us was in their wrdrobe, doing the dishes and having a shower. There was construction noise during the day however being avid cowboys fans we know the end goal and that it was temporary.

My son and I travelled to Townsville to watch the NRL football. The facilities and room were very good, we did not have to use the air-conditioners because of the fans and natural ventilation due to the layout of the rooms. The only drawback is the distance from the centre of town. There are coffee shops close by but unless you have a car or like walking around then getting food is difficult.
