Clean and spacious rooms. Perfect location and convenient parking.

Excellent service every step of the way. I required a delivery so I had called in advance to ask that they hold it if the delivery arrived before me. The telephone service was excellent. Upon arrival the customer service was outstanding and kind. The parking was easy and close. The room was IMMACULATE and well appointed. I requested a tea kettle and was accommodated quickly and happily. The breakfast is OUTSTANDING. There is a variety of fare and flavor profiles all extremely well prepared. They made fresh eggs and served them with fresh green garnish. The homemade jams and fresh local breads were solid and amazing. Honestly, I usually just don’t participate in hotel breakfast but I’m so thankful I did. The hotel is very centrally located and I prefer to sleep with the window open. This means that there was some street noise through the window. If you require silence either leave the window shut or maybe some ear plugs? I heard no noise from other rooms or from the hallway so the hotel itself is well insulated.

Hotel Mondschein is located just across the river from Inssbruck's Old Town with a bridge right in front of the hotel. This makes its location wonderful for walking around this wonderful city. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. And the staff are very nice and helpful. The only minor downside is that if you arrive by car, you will need to park in the close Old Town parking garage, across the river. But this is a very minor issue given the quality convenience, and value of this hotel.

The property seems like an old house or hotel that was completely renovated. The breakfast was good, and the location is central. Parking was okay, but not easy. You have to stop at a loading zone on the street to unload your luggage to take into the hotel. Then you move your car up the alley next to the hotel until you reach the small parking garage behind the hotel. The parking spots are a bit tight, but okay if you take your time. If you miss the garage, as I did, it is about 5 minutes (the roads are not direct in that area) to get back to that spot to try again. Overall, a good experience and the staff was excellent.

Room was specious for family of 4. We like the room and bath decor and spaces. Breakfast was good. Wish hotel had little bigger bag unloading area in front of hotel. Perhaps with location it may not be possible. We were told that parking garage is small, however, hotel advised parking in nearby public parking and provided voucher to cover the cost.

This hotel is located on a busy street just across the Inns River from the Old Town of Innsbruck. It was just a short walk over the bridge to the heart of the city. However, it was surprising how quiet the hotel was as most of the rooms are located in the back, away from the street. The rooms and public areas have been nicely updated with a clean, modern bathroom that has a separate water closet. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of selection. The best part was the elevator which is always appreciated by us older travelers! We had a car and were lucky enough to find paid parking on the street in order to unload our luggage. The parking garage is located 1 1/2 blocks behind the hotel on a very busy narrow street. It is only for small cars though. Ours just fit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel again.

Very convenient hotel, 5 min walk into City centre. Nice large room. Friendly staff. Convenient parking.

They offered a parking lot which was very convenient. Breakfast was nice. But the best thing of all. Was the galaxy display on our ceiling that we didn’t even notice until I was just about to go to bed. I don’t know if it was glow in the dark paint or what but it was accurate and beautiful.

Across the bridge from everything! Great location, clean, spacious room and a private parking garage. We will stay here again.

Contrary to the info on hotels.com, there is no free parking nearby. Staff at the hotel were unwilling to honour this representation despite being shown the info online. Further, most rooms do not overlook the river. Instead, you will gaze at the China Waldorf restaurant in a back alley laneway. There are far better reasonably priced options around rathe than this place. Go elsewhere!
