Excellent facilities including pool, sauna and wellness centre. On site parking. Excellent breakfast. Efficient and courteous staff.

Nice location, but traffic challenging with construction. Parking is also challenging. We parked in the suggested lot across the street... several flights of stairs/no elevator....

The parking garage we had to stay in for the hotel closed it’s doors from 6pm Saturday until Monday morning, we almost got our car stuck for 2 days.

What a lovely hotel just steps from the water and the Old Town area. The room was beautiful with a seating bench in front of the windows for a wonderful mountain view. Breakfast was amazing, there was so much to choose from. We used the saunas, ( there are 3 different ones) and enjoyed that very much. The only thing I didn't really enjoy was the getting in and out of the hotel parking lot, however I can't really blame the hotel on that one since it's right by the Old Town and space is limited. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in Innsbruck again.

Good location and nice room with great view of city. Check in process slow could of done with more staff on entrance. No on site parking which was a small inconvenience as there is a car park nearby where you get a discounted rate. Would of liked gym facilities but spa was nice. Buffet breakfast lacking variety and quality but overall a good stop for Innsbruck.

Great hotel right in the middle of Innsbruck. Staff were wonderful and amenities are excellent (indoor pool is quite nice). The hotel has parking but our car was too heavy (>1.5 tons) for the lift so we parked across the street in an underground garage with the same discounted charge through the hotel. There was a market across the street and we were walking distance to all the sites in the city. The room was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of options. We would definitely stay here again.

Its a beautiful hotel in old Innsbruck. The only thing we did not like was having park in a public parking garage a block away, then stroll our luggage back and forth.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel. Beautiful, modern room with soundproofing and sweet little details. My VIP status was honored and they sent me a handy video about parking and location ahead of time. They really have their act together.

An amazing designed hotel. Excellent location - 3 minutes from the Golden Roof. luxurious breakfast. a spacious room. Wonderful and recommended. Paid parking.
