Great hotel in a perfect location. In pedestrian area, but parking garage close by is very convenient. Wonderful restaurant onsite.

This hotel definitely has its quirks. The shag carpet is something that we read about in other reviews & is one of the things that made the hotel not feel as clean. Besides that the hotel has a lot of character & is a really convenient location for exploring we city. We walked every where we wanted & needed to! The off site parking was a little confusing to find at first but once we did it was only a 5 min walk to the hotel. The staff was very kind & helpful with restaurant recommendations.

We've stayed here before for a night after a week skiing in Lech and before a morning flight back to London. First time we had a very nice large modern triple room and this time a slightly dated large triple room. Perfectly comfortable and clean although carpet not entirely spotless. Fabulous interesting hotel giving the real spirit of old Innsbruck. Reception staff were the friendliest and most helpful anywhere I've ever stayed - exceptional. Dinner in restaurant was pretty good. Would stay again.

The location is convenient to train station (about 10 minute taxi ride) and central in the historic area. The staff were super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The room was impeccable with smart design. The shower was roomy with 2 shower heads, and the beds comfy. The breakfast had ample choices including eggs made to order. My room was a corner location on top, so I had views of the mountains, the river and the shops. It was altogether a positive and memorable experience.
