The room very clean but quite small. Finding the parking garage was a challenge, but once in the garage finding the hotel was easy.

Very convenient location in the centre of Innsbruck. Only issue is we arrived by car and our sat-nav directed us to the front of the hotel - which is a pedestrianised street with no access to the garage. The parking garage is a municipal one for the town-centre shops,and is accessed from a road behind the hotel and part of the shopping centre complex that the hotel is part off. Apart from that, the room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Being in the town centre, there's plenty to see and do within easy walking distance, and lots of restaurants around too

Location is right on pedestrian /shopping area in Innsbruck, parking is garage under the building - very easy. Excellent reception and was upgraded but room faced the pedestrian street so could be noisy esp. on weekends with folks yelling after bars close. Electric kettle in the room - only hotel on our trip that had one. Pillow and sheet quality was only concern, not the best hotel quality sheets.

Booked as Easyjet flight cancelled. Turns out it was the sort of hotel we would have booked if we had wanted to spend time in Innsbruck. Modern, comfortable and central location.

Fantastic location. My wife and I were in Innsbruck for the Christmas markets and there was one just outside in the main street. The room had great views of the mountain, but there were no tea & coffee in the room, you had to buy it from a vending machine. The room was only made up for a single traveller when we arrived even though it was clear there were two of us. Breakfast was great. Buffet style, with a good selection. Would I come back? Not sure, it was a nice hotel, but for the cost was not worth the money
