This is a very nice, clean hotel close to the airport. The airport is less than 10 minutes away by car. It costs 5 Euro per person for the shuttle. There is a lounge/bar and restaurant as well as a mini convenience store. The surrounding area is very industrial and there aren’t dining options outside the hotel. There is a metro stop and bus stop less than a 10 minute walk away that will get you to downtown in 20 minutes. The staff is excellent. This is a good pick if you want to be close to the airport.

Stayed there our last night in Belgium. Had a very early flight and was very convenient with shuttle service to the airport included. Easy walk to the train station as well. Only complaint we had is not being informed that the power to the outlets is disconnected when the lights are off. We thought we were charging our devices while we were out and came back to discover they had not been. When we asked they told us that was the standard, but first we had experienced that. Just would have been good information to know up front. Other than that would stay there again.

Excellent place to stay and my room was fenomenal the food and drinks really good the only thing I didn’t like was that I had to pay 22 euros for parking when it is part of the hotel

Great hotel close to the airport. Service is friendly, restaurant and breakfast are very tasty. Room was clean and well maintained. We would come back!

The hotel is ok, just what you can expect from a Holiday Inn property, nothing really extraordinary or special. The rooms are clean with all the basic amenities. Staff are friendly. There is nothing to do around the hotel. It is fairly close to the airport and within walking distance to Diegem train station. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and a bus passes every hour or so going to the airport or to the central area of the city.

Poor check in with no one initially there, and automated (which didn't work). Then the room was suffering from poor soundproofing with esxcessive noise from the room above, and the flooring was hard which allowed sounds to travel down from that room.
