Good airport hotel. Staff is excellent and helpful. Airport shuttle is a big plus and rail service to downtown Brussels is right across the street Biggest negative is lack of restaurants or shops within walking distance

Hotel is located convenient to the Diegam Train station, so it is very to commute to the city from this place. The Hotel provides complimentary shuttle to the airport for both pick up and drop off which is eases the transportation to the hotel. Breakfast is excellent, and hotel is clean and nice.

Overall I would stay again. We just stayed one night as we had an early flight so barely there 10 hours. It did have nice touches like candies and bottle water in the lobby which was nice. Also the shuttle included was one of the reasons for picking it. They left out pastries for the early morning pickup, which was really helpful. The only complaint is the air con barely worked. There was only one vent at the enterance and it really didn't circulate the room. We managed though and no other complaints with the room.

This hotel was convenient, train station right across the street, grocery and laundromat within 7 minute walk, free shuttle to airport. Staff were not friendly, with exception of housekeeping staff. Room was comfortable, beds were average though. There is no lobby to relax in if a bigger space is wanted. The restaurant and bar is convenient but very overpriced for so-so food. The add on breakfast is very expensive, it's decent food, but not worth the money.

Loved the shuttle service the property offered. Borja at the front desk was very helpful in changing our room per our request. Food was good and we were very happy with our stay.

Arrived before 11am and check in isn’t till 3pm but they had a room ready for us. The front desk receptionists were so helpful with understanding the bus and train routes and the bonus is the hotel is directly across the street from the train station. The breakfast is an amazing deal, definitely don’t miss out. The airport transfer was quick (5-10min) and easy. Excellent hotel amenities except that you have to buy water for the room which is €9 -1 large bottle. Every other hotel we started at gave it gratis to stay hydrated.

Hotel very good, great location next to airport, shuttle service very good. Restaurant service horrible. I spent more than 1 hour for my order, and they never brought one of the orders, the waitress forgot to write down my request, so I watched my son eating his food while I was waiting for mine that never came.

The facilities as well as the staff were great. The hotel is a great choice if you're flying to or from the BRU airport. They also offer a shuttle service free of charge if you have booked a room. The only drawback is its connection to the city by public transport. There's a train leaving every 1 hour which makes it less flexible to plan your visits. Other than that it is definitely a highly recommended accommodation.
